King Arthur was cursed with a strange disease, and only an old, ugly witch could cure him...
But the witch demanded a young, handsome knight as her husband; Galahad took one for the team and married her.
On the night of the wedding, the witch turned into a beautiful woman and offered Galahad the choice: she could be old and ugly during the day, and young and beautiful at night, or vice versa.
Galahad told her that he respected her choice over her appearance, and she could decide that.
The witch was pleased, as Galahad knew what a woman wanted the most, is freedom over her body. She told Galahad that she would be a beautiful wife all the time for him.
The moral of the story is that no matter how good your wife looks, she is still a witch underneath.

Yes. You are 100% right. The issue is recovery not just non repayment. We must use Article 226(5) to recover the money from the culpable former and current state actors and return it to the lenders.
In World Duty Free Company Limited v. Republic of Kenya (ICSID Case No. ARB/00/7), decided on 4 October 2006, an international arbitral tribunal dismissed a claim seeking approximately US$500 million in compensation from the Government of Kenya.
The dispute arose from a 1989 agreement to establish duty-free shops at Jomo Kenyatta and Moi International Airports.
The Tribunal found that Nasir Ali, acting on behalf of the investor, had paid a US$2 million bribe to then President Daniel arap Moi and his associate to secure the investment agreement. The Tribunal rejected the argument that this was merely a traditional Harambee contribution or personal donation.
Its central holding was that a contract procured through bribery cannot be enforced. Applying Kenyan and English law, as well as international public policy, the Tribunal held that the investor could not maintain claims founded on the tainted agreement.

Senator, you are sayin the whole truth but are you aware that these debts have clauses that say any dispute can only be adjudicated by a competent court in the UK or USA or Japan or whatever country they are taken from? Are you also aware that @JimiWanjigi and @otienowill saying they will not pay this not legitimate debt is pure hogwash because; how will they do this when the lenders of the legitimate debt are also the lenders of the not legitimate debt. How will they maneuver this? IMO if we do not develop a mechanism to recover the over Ksh 7 Trillion that has been looted from this economy. We are not coming out of this financial mess of #UhuRuto .

WHEN FOOTBALL DOES THE TALKING!
Gentlemen, it's not a language barrier. It's football language. We went to Yemen and spoke fluently!
Apparently, the Aviator dictionary doesn't work here.
Tell the newcomers: at this level, we speak football. No translators needed!

Rule of law? I got conned for $300k+ in Kenya with faced death threats and complete corruption by DCI and Police. Reported to IPOA over 7 months, complaints in person and written. Nothing, it seems it’s dysfunctional or hollowed.
Had to flee country because of abduction attempts by government officials colluding with criminals.
But my government gives the corrupt government appointees the credibility needed for marketing.
So embarrassing.
