Just got a scam call. She was like "I'm from PayPal. Someone bought $900 worth of Bitcoin at 7am this morning on your account." And I was just like "Yeah that was me. I like to make my suspicious transactions before breakfast". And she just couldn't get off the phone fast enough.

Maybe you should write to all the Election Commissioners both State and Federal and ask them about their use of discretionary powers to declare votes formal and informal and instructions given to staff about this and see what their response is
