Customer context can easily get lost in the handoff. PwC’s "common brain" approach could make it much easier to carry that context from one interaction to the next. @TMobileBusiness Partner

I see what you’re doing @Expedia and @easyJet. You make it very easy to buy a ticket, but virtually impossible and blame each other if I want to make a simple change or cancel. We know this is nonsense. I simply won’t use you again (and Expedia, I’ve been a customer a long time.) It’s time this poor customer experience ends.

I think the days of "wow" are waning. Customers just want to be treated with fairness and respect. #custserv

Ask yourself this question when you work with AI: "What human effort went into this? Google notes that using generative AI to produce large amounts of text without manual oversight or curation represents little to no effort. It also warns against fake author profiles or credentials used to make AI-generated content look human."

Two patients have the same diagnosis. Would the same treatment be right for both? Clinical decision support helps clinicians examine the differences. Patient information supplies the context. Medical knowledge helps interpret it before a decision is made. Microblog @antgrasso Consider a clinician preparing to prescribe a medication. The patient record contains kidney function results that may affect the appropriate dose. A clinical decision support system can combine that information with medical references and flag a possible dosing concern for review. Now the clinician has something to examine. Are the patient data current? Does the recommendation make sense in this particular care situation? The software can bring relevant evidence to the attention of the clinician while the decision is being considered. The clinician interprets that evidence and decides how to proceed. The purpose is to make medical knowledge available in the context of the patient, without transferring clinical judgment to the software. #ClinicalDecisionSupport #DigitalHealth

Healthcare digital transformation shouldn’t start with technology. It should start with people. New tools can improve healthcare, but real transformation happens when technology makes care simpler, faster, and more connected. Follow @LindaGrass0 for more insights 💡

More data can make decisions slower, not smarter, because teams keep searching for certainty. When every new signal opens another discussion, action is delayed even after enough evidence is already available. The problem is not data abundance. rt @antgrasso #SmartData.

People often say a qubit is 0 and 1 at the same time. That is simple, but incomplete: think of it as many possible shades between black and white before measurement gives one result. The difference lies in what can happen before you read the final result. Microblog @antgrasso.
