I had the pleasure yesterday to visit the new Center for Epidemic Response and Innovation (CERI) facility at the University of Stellenbosch and meet its dynamic Director Tulio de Oliveira. Incredible Facility with cutting edge capabilities. Tulio is a dynamo. I am so impressed.
