This is the absolute best butter I have ever tried. However I decided to crack open one of my canned butters I made infused with garlic and salt from 2022 It's pretty damn comparable !
Anything you see that's in a can in your grocery store you can do the same in mason jars. Best thing about it... It's shelf stable for years. No refrigeration needed. Meats included.

The peptide industry is about to undergo a massive transformation.
CNN just featured my perspective on the proposed federal policy that could change how Americans access peptides.
HHS is moving toward allowing six peptides, including BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon, to be compounded through licensed pharmacies under specific conditions.
This is potentially a major step forward for physician-guided access.
But there's a side of this conversation that most people aren't paying attention to.
COST.
Greater regulatory oversight, pharmaceutical sourcing requirements, and extensive quality testing all come with a price.
And guess who ultimately pays for that?
The consumer.
As I told CNN: "People who have been paying research-market prices should be prepared for a very different bill at the pharmacy counter."
I've spent years educating people about peptides, their potential, and the importance of quality, transparency, and responsible use.
I AM absolutely in favor of raising industry standards.
But we cannot create a system where greater oversight comes at the expense of affordability and accessibility.
And here's what people need to understand.
This proposed policy addresses prescription compounding.Β
It does NOT resolve what happens to the direct-to-consumer research peptide market.
That's a massive distinction.
We're entering a pivotal period for the peptide industry, and the decisions being made right now could shape its future for years to come.

*And then there are Jezebels* β a reminder that influence without humility, power without accountability and manipulation can destroy everything around you.
*The Bible didnβt give us only one type of woman.*
*It gave us leaders.*
Warriors.
Mothers.
Worshippers.
Entrepreneurs.
Intercessors.
Survivors.
Women who waited.
Women who fought.
Women who failed.
Women who were restored.
And women whose lives became warnings.

People will always find a reason to criticize what they don't understand.
--Your virtue.

--Your relationship with God.
--Loving and taking care of your elderly parents.

--Your discipline.
--Your diet.
--The time you dedicate to the gym.
--Your hunger for knowledge.
--Your love for humanity & willingness to uplift others.
--Your compassion and love for animals.
--Your conviction to stand firm in your beliefs, even when you stand alone.
You would think these were all pretty basic things, but turns out they actually piss people off.
Hard pill to swallow.....I've come to realize that some people aren't just uncomfortable with what makes you different; they actually resent it.
I never realized how much people disliked individuality, authenticity, and the courage to live a basic life unapologetically on your own terms.

Keep prioritizing things that donβt matter and see where you end up.
There should be a line around gyms to get in.
Instead there are lines around fast food restaurants and bar establishments.
