I get vulnerable in this video about choosing to save my marriage instead of pursuing divorce.
I want more people to see it so I’m going to repost it until it finds the right audience.
Day 12 of the #NoWrightAnswer Challenge What is a decision you made that changed the trajectory of your life?
Tailbone and pubic synthesis exercise to help me overcome my pubic synthesis in pregnancy and my current tailbone problems. I’ve learned that I have zero hip mobility, so my new goal is to learn how to actually swing my hips and be able to dance and freely move. Way works
Day 12 of the #NoWrightAnswer Challenge What is a decision you made that changed the trajectory of your life?
Day 29 of the #NoWrightAnswer challenge What do you hope the people closest to you say about you when you’re not around?
Day #28 of the #nowrightanswer challenge! If your life stayed exactly like it is today for the next five years, would you be happy with where you ended up?
A rotated Jefferson curl? Is that a thing? Idk but whatever this thing is. Thanks to the #movesmethod mobility toolkit for giving me my foundation so I can get inspired to do stuff like this 🤷🏼♀️😂 but seriously it’s the best $27 I ever spent. Linked in my bio if anyone is

I have learned to closely listen when someone corrects me.
There is always something useful underneath the part that bruised my pride.
I do not always enjoy hearing where I fell short but if someone cares enough to tell me, I owe it to them and myself to listen before I defend. 🩷

The fear of childbirth and societal drive to avoid pain is not something that I celebrate. Despite my frustration at medicalization of birth being so one sided I understand choice and I’m glad there are options. I just wish it came with more education on all sides.
25. What’s something everyone seems to care about that you just don’t? Day 25 of the #NoWrightAnswer Challenge!
I think matter is eternal just like God. Nothing can be created or destroyed in the sense that nothing is everything. To learn more about this you would have to become symbolically literate and research the primordial waters and God concurring chaos.
Think about what being a creator means in the world, about what being a carpenter means. Similitudes and beginnings of a higher work. God makes sense. Making something from nothing doesn't make sense. There is a natural order to life and death.
