You cannot expect other people to root for you before you root for you. People believe in people who believe in themselves. And the best way to look like you believe in yourself is to not need anyone to give you permission to do whatever the fuck you came here to do.

STOP LETTING FEAR RUN YOUR LIFE.
Not rich yet? You still have time to build wealth.
Not successful yet? Your story isn’t over.
People laughing at you? Let them. You’re not here to impress everyone.
Starting late? Better late than never.
Lost an opportunity? Another one will come.
Someone left? Life goes on.
Made a bad decision? Learn and move forward.
Out of your comfort zone? That’s where growth begins.
Too old to start? You’re never too old to change your life.
Worried about tomorrow? You haven’t even lived today.
You spend so much time worrying about things that may never happen.
Stop living in fear. Start living on your terms.

🚨🎙️ FC Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono on the tragic death of Jesús de Miguel and the threats he has received following the incident.
“First of all, I want to send my deepest condolences to Jesús de Miguel’s family, his friends, his teammates and everyone at Tenerife. Honestly, I still cannot believe what has happened. I have been thinking about that moment over and over again, and I don’t think there are words that can describe how painful this is for me.
I want everyone to understand something. I never went onto that pitch intending to hurt anybody. I saw the ball coming, I came out because I wanted to clear it, and unfortunately, I collided with Jesús. It happened so quickly. If I could go back and change what happened, I would do it without thinking twice. I would give anything for Jesús to still be here today.
“But what has made this situation even more difficult is what has happened since then. I’ve received so many insulting messages, death threats and horrible things directed at me and my family. People are calling me a murderer, as if I went onto that pitch with the intention of taking someone’s life.
“I understand the anger. I understand that people are grieving, and believe me, nobody is more devastated by what happened on that pitch than the people who were involved in it. But I am also a human being. I have a family, I have feelings, and this is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
“People don’t understand the psychological damage this tragedy can cause. I am already struggling to process the death of a fellow footballer, someone who came onto that pitch simply to play football, and now I have to deal with the trauma of knowing that I was involved in an incident that ultimately led to the death of another human being.
“I am not asking anyone to forget what happened. I am not asking for sympathy instead of remembering Jesús. I am simply asking people to understand that this was never my intention. I am deeply sorry for what happened, and I wish his family could somehow find the strength to get through this terrible moment.
“Jesús deserved to go home to his family after that game. His teammates deserved to see him again. And football deserved to have him around for many more years.
“Rest in peace, Jesús. I am truly sorry.”

The lengthy quote attributed to FC Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono is fabricated; reports state he has made no such public statement and planned to apologize privately to the family first.

Money can buy help. It can't buy presence. Watch any Ambani family event. The kids aren't trailing behind nannies. They're on a parent's hip, holding a grandparent's hand, running between uncles and aunts.
They could hire staff for every child. They still choose to do it themselves.
Most of us do the opposite, with a fraction of the money. We outsource the hours and call it efficiency. Then one day the kids are 15, well schooled, well fed, and strangers in their own home.
Every resource can be scaled except time. Once spent, it can't be bought back. Childhood is a 12 to 15 year window where your kids actually want you around. Miss it and no money reopens it.
Notice also that they let the kids be kids. No stiff posing, no constant correcting. Secure children don't need to perform.
Even when you can afford to delegate everything, some things should never be delegated. Raising your children tops that list. Your kids won't remember the size of the house. They'll remember who was in it. I cherish the time spent with my son doing mindless stuff right from when was a year old thru his teenage years now.
Have you ever noticed one thing about the Ambani family and their kids?
Whenever there's an event and the entire Ambani family comes together,
the kids are always being taken care of by their own family members.
You rarely see nannies or househelps around them. It's mostly the parents and other family members looking after the kids.
They have all the money in the world to hire as much help as they want, yet they seem to prefer raising their kids themselves.
And the best part? They let the kids act like kids.

The biggest mistake tourists make in Japan is dragging a fifty-pound suitcase up and down subway stairs.
Watch how Japanese travelers board the bullet train. They walk on with a cup of green tea, a small shoulder bag, and both hands free.
Where is their luggage? It is already in the next city, waiting for them.
In Japan, the system is called Takkyubin, recognizable everywhere by a logo of a mother black cat carrying her kitten gently in her mouth.
When you check out of your hotel in Tokyo at eight in the morning, you hand your heavy suitcase to the front desk, fill out a tiny slip, and pay about twenty dollars. You can even send it straight from the corner convenience store.
Then you spend the entire day wandering through mountain temples or eating street food with nothing on your back.
When you walk into your traditional inn in Kyoto that evening, your suitcase is already standing neatly in your room, wiped clean, with the handle turned toward you.
In fifty years of handling millions of bags a year, lost luggage is virtually unheard of.
A society runs smoothly when you can hand your belongings to a stranger at a convenience store and know they will beat you to your hotel.

Dear men,
Don’t take anything from anyone. Not your spouse, in-laws or even parents. Earn it yourself. Build it yourself. Own it yourself.
The pride of buying something with your own hard-earned money, the sense of achievement and the ownership you feel are unmatched. It’s addictive …
I mean, when you’re in need, ask for help. There’s no shame in that. But return what you take. Don’t turn someone else’s sacrifice into your achievement….
Be a man of your own means, not someone else’s money. 👍

My advice to family next gen startup kids:
Don't be bogged down by anyone telling you, that you are launching new or similar products out of your father's business. Even if it is only gimmicks.
-Nobody is coming to pay your bills
-People will still call you Nalla if you get stuck in the old business
- Use every strength of your family business, Land, money, staff, connections everything to succeed
- Don't feel ashamed of it
- Even if you try something new & it fails, then people will say you have failed your family.
So, all in all, you are own your own.
Nobody is telling Chinese to not use rare earth materials, Punjabis to not use fertile land, Arab Countries to not benefit from oil.
If you have strengths, use them to create huge businesses.

The ones in charge deem Carrick unfit for the role. The same ones that appointed him. On what? This is a mirror held up to the board's incompetence. They don't operate on principle or long-term strategy. They're reactive. Emotional. Slaves to narratives. They are the problem.
Replying to @realsavanti @ManUtd
We re already talking about the next manager, what happened to carrick is the one? And who s this right manager for manchester united?

No manager currently living on this planet could bring back Manchester United to what it once was under the current framework.

Carrick doesn't deserve any of this. Go after the ones that hire coach after coach...

“If I increase my price, the customer will go to someone else.”
Don’t keep dropping your price just to win the order.
Don’t become the manufacturer everyone calls when they want the cheapest quote.
Instead, give customers reasons to choose you beyond price:
* Better quality
* Fewer rejections
* Reliable delivery
* Faster response
* Better customisation
* Stronger after-sales support
If price is the only reason they buy from you, price is also the easiest reason they’ll leave you.

Lord Krishna Says:
Sometimes the work isn’t exhausting you. Your expectations are.
You give your best and then spend the whole day worrying: “What if it doesn’t work?”
But your responsibility is your effort.
The outcome is not always in your hands.
Do your work sincerely.
Give your best.
Then release what you cannot control. Peace begins when you stop carrying tomorrow on your shoulders.

After India lost the 2023 World Cup final in Ahmedabad, our coach Rahul Dravid told me something that I will never forget.
The whole tournament, this team looked unbeatable until Ahmedabad happened. The dressing room was silent. The energy was very low. And people didn't know what to tell each other. The hearts were broken.
I walked Rahul sir to the press conference, and on the way, I told him, "Rahul sir, wouldn't it have been lovely if we had won the tournament?" And Rahul sir, at his classy best, told me, "In life, you won't always get what you want, but if you have given something your whole heart, remember the process, the people you met, the memories you created, and the work that you put in. Life is not always about the trophies." That stuck with me.
A year later, Rahul Dravid was back at the helm as coach of the Indian cricket team, and we won the World Cup in 2024, in Barbados. That's when I realised, and probably we all should too: life is never about the trophies that you win. It's about the memories that you create, and life will always find a way of giving back.
