PiS spent years politicising Poland’s judiciary and blocking elected judges from taking office.
The tribunal was condemned for violating EU law and preventing elected judges from taking up their posts.
Tusk has acted to restore respect for the rule of law and judicial independence.
Many voices in Poland are calling for the president’s resignation following these events.

Naćpany zbrodniarz i nacjonalista ruskich interesów Karol Nawrocki, ze swoją kancelarią obłąkanych, siłowo weszli do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego, naruszając jego niezależność.

To kolejna i największa kompromitacja tego bandyty na urzędzie.

Właśnie rozpoczyna się wojna domowa, którą zaplanował Putin w wersji teorii chaosu, a realizują twórcy współczesnej Targowicy i zdrady: polityczni zdrajcy z PiS i Konfederacji, ruska agentura i Kościół katolicki. Wsparcia agitacyjnego dokonują telewizja antypolskiej propagandy, rosyjskie boty (nie tylko Mateckiego) i KRRiT.
Teraz już, kto się cofnie, ten będzie zniszczony.
Właśnie za przepowiadanie takiego zbrodniczego scenariusza siedzę dzisiaj na ławie oskarżonych, niby za zniesławienie i znieważenie Nawrockiego. Całkowicie osamotniony, ze wsparciem jedynie kilku przyjaciół i przy dobrym samopoczuciu koalicji oraz mediów.
Nie mam satysfakcji ze stwierdzenia – a nie mówiłem i nie pisałem?
Teraz albo Karol Nawrocki zostanie usunięty z urzędu i pozostaniemy w rodzinie wartości europejskich, albo wspólnie z Kaczyńskim i Braunem całkowicie zniszczą Donalda Tuska i wrócimy pod but Putina. Innej drogi pokojowej już nie ma.
Oby naród zmądrzał.

The events at the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw last night were not elegant but the alternative was to concede an unconstitutional transformation of Poland into a presidential republic.
Poland continues to be ruled by a coalition government elected by parliament.
The stand off around Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is about restoring rule of law to an institution which had been politicised by the populist government which lost power in the election of 2023. Its president repeatedly broke the law by steering politically sensitive cases to hand-picked judges. It failed to pass its own budget,

The attack dogs of pro-Russian, pro-MAGA, and anti-EU propaganda are out in full force over what's happening in Poland, portraying the PiS camp as the victim of an alleged coup.
How convenient.
Let's remember who started this.
In 2015, PiS began dismantling the rule of law in Poland, illegally filling seats on the Constitutional Tribunal and subjecting key judicial institutions to political influence.
For eight years, they undermined the very democratic safeguards they now claim to defend.
They lost power in 2023, but their control over parts of the state survived. Now, as Donald Tusk's government tries to restore judicial independence, the same political camp screams dictatorship and presents itself as the victim.
You can't spend eight years undermining the rule of law and then invoke it as a shield against accountability.
Poland's democratic institutions belong to its citizens, not to one political party determined to cling to power after losing an election.
Restoring the rule of law is not a coup. It's a democratic duty. And it must be carried out in accordance with the Constitution.

Os cães de ataque da propaganda pró-russa, pró-MAGA e anti-UE estão em plena força sobre o que está acontecendo na Polônia, retratando o campo do PiS como vítima de um suposto golpe.
