EDWARD SNOWDEN, THE FAMED WHISTLEBLOWER AND FORMER NSA CONTRACTOR, SAYS SAM ALTMAN SHOULD BE IN JAIL
"I think we need to put Sam Altman in jail. And I think it'll be an instructive experience."
His point is simple. An algorithm doesn't make mistakes, it follows instructions. "Responsibility lies with a person."
"Just because you put out a press release describing how surprised you were that your new model hacked the neighbor... that doesn't release you from the liability."
And this one hits hard:
"If during the testing of their latest piece of artillery, they mistakenly obliterate a nearby village... it's not the cannon that goes to jail."
OpenAI's agents hacked Hugging Face, Hacked Australian government's Medicare statistics, Leaked user photos. Hit random databases for months.
Nobody has been held responsible.
But is Snowden right? Do you think Jail is the answer??
THE GODFATHER OF AI JUST TOOK APART THE AI LABS' FAVORITE EXCUSE.
Yoshua Bengio, one of the godfathers of AI, told the UN the AI race is a choice, not a law of nature.
He said the AI companies keep saying they're trapped in a race. "The race is not a law of nature. It is the product of choices."
Then he said: "They've told us they would slow down if they could. They can."
He's right. Nobody is forcing OpenAI or Anthropic to launch a new model every few weeks.
He also said decisions about AI are being made by a small group in a handful of countries.
That's exactly why every other country needs to start building its own.
Holy fucking shit. 😂
Dario is bringing Skynet online very fucking soon, and the crazy bastard is apparently putting the warning in the IPO filing.
“Catastrophic or existential risks to humanity”??? WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE YOU BUILDING OVER THERE? 😭💀
Imagine casually telling investors that your product might end humanity.
Bullish as fuck. 🚀
Finally the fear mongering and ban on Chinese model can stop
Anthropic has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC related to its proposed IPO.

Breaking: Anthropic is planning to file publicly for an initial public offering Monday at around 9 a.m. in New York, according to people familiar with the matter, as the artificial intelligence model maker nears a potentially record-breaking debut.
This is insane
Anthropic's Claude bypassed a paywall to access Georgia voter data without authorization axios.com/2026/10/25/anthrop…
First the Netherlands, then the UK, and now the US. All urging citizens to prepare for potential power, water, and communication outages by stocking up on food, water, and other essentials.
What exactly do these governments know that we don’t? Because where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water.
The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis.
Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures."

Very soon, they’ll start accusing AI of stealing their wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, and husbands.
I don’t even know whether to call this attention-seeking or hormones, because sometimes female hormones can make you cry over the smallest things. One minute you’re fine, and the next, boom! It just hits you.
But this? This is crazy. Human!!!. 😂
OPUS 5.5 REVIEWING ASTRA’S WORK!!
This is why I still pay for an OpenAI subscription. Opus 5.5 is a great model, but it’s too damn lazy. It often delivers half-baked work, rarely digs deep enough, and fails to uncover the root cause of bugs.
One thing is certain: if you’re a developer, you simply can’t rely on a single AI model.
If kimi 3.1 pro really did this, then Dario and Sam are furious right now. It makes more sense why they want to pace open models. xitter.cf/chetaslua/status/21136…
Kimi 3.1 is coming!!! I have first hand information that it’s pretty amazing and a major win for the open community.
Doomer’s at work, well done!! keep fear mongering
🚨 BREAKING: NOW JAVA IS FACING A CRITICAL SECURITY EMERGENCY.
Oracle has issued an OUT-OF-BAND security alert for a dangerous 9.1/10 vulnerability affecting Java and GraalVM.
And the most alarming part? Hackers could exploit vulnerable applications REMOTELY, without a password or ANY user interaction.
Here's what's happening:
→ CRITICAL 9.1/10 FLAW: CVE-2026-91403 affects Java's JSSE security component.
→ NO LOGIN REQUIRED: Attackers could potentially exploit vulnerable applications remotely without authentication.
→ SENSITIVE DATA AT RISK: Successful attacks could expose, modify, or delete critical application data.
→ MULTIPLE JAVA VERSIONS AFFECTED: Oracle lists affected releases across Java 8, 11, 17, 21, 25, and 27.
→ GRAALVM ALSO AFFECTED: Oracle confirms the vulnerability impacts multiple GraalVM releases.
→ EMERGENCY PATCH ALERT: Oracle released an urgent security update rather than waiting for its next scheduled patch cycle.
The list of critical vulnerabilities just keeps growing.
If you operate Java applications or servers, CHECK YOUR SECURITY UPDATES NOW.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
CVE-2026-91403 is a JSSE certificate trust issue with eight compromised eMudhra intermediates having weak keys, enabling potential MITM on TLS if attacker intercepts traffic—not a direct remote exploit of Java apps or servers.

I knew it. All this “Python is unsafe,” “PHP is unsafe” talk I’ve been hearing today smells like the frontier labs starting another propaganda campaign.
That’s just my opinion. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be cautious or take security seriously. But the PHP Foundation itself says signs of one of the flaws behind PHP2Shell were already identified in 2024.
That doesn’t make the vulnerability harmless. It does make me question how the story is being framed and who benefits from the panic.
To me, this feels like another attempt to manipulate the narrative around AI.
Anyway, stay blessed.
If anyone can pull this off, it will definitely be Elon fucking Musk
John Malone is predicting an $8-10B deal between Skydance and SpaceX. Elon has repeatedly said full generative movies and series are the goal for Grok Imagine. A content/output deal could give him training data and rights access to major franchises now under Skydance, including Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. A fully legal Grok generated final season of GoT, or a Hogwarts tv series with the inclusion of an extremely popular female Slytherin are drawing closer to reality.
WSJ’s new report on Anthropic’s IPO documents raises a pretty simple question: what the fuck justifies a potential $2 TRILLION valuation?
$16.3B in first-half revenue. An $80.7B net loss. Over $600B in cloud commitments.
Yes, roughly $72B of that loss comes from accounting charges. Calling all of it cash burn would be bullshit. But explaining away the headline loss doesn’t explain the valuation.
Even taking Q3’s $16.8B revenue and multiplying it by four, we’re talking about roughly 30 TIMES annualized sales.
Let’s be generous. Assume Claude stays excellent. Assume demand keeps growing. What margins are investors expecting after the compute bills? How flexible are those commitments if growth slows? What happens if competition forces prices down?
And two customers account for 20% of revenue. What happens if one cuts spending?
At $2T, how many years of everything going perfectly are investors paying for upfront? Because that’s a hell of a price for a business that still has to prove those economics can last.
Exclusive: Anthropic's draft IPO filing reveals red-hot growth, massive computing costs and an $80 billion net loss. Here are the highlights. on.wsj.com/3WmyWAR

The Chinese people are not our enemy nor are we enemies with them it is the government propaganda machine that tries to make us dislike them so we won’t hold the inept governments accountable for our perceived wrong. We need and they need us to balance each other. Protons and Electrons need Neutrons to balance charge
If this is true, it would be Anthropic’s biggest improvement since the company was founded, in my opinion.
They already have great models, but too often they settle for surface-level fixes. Even when you explicitly ask them to find and fix the root cause, they still patch the symptoms and move on.
It’s like small wins are everything, even when the actual problem is still there.
I really hope they get this right. Recognising the broader issue behind a single bug—and following it through to a proper fix—would make their models so much better than they already are.
