I'm opening an express clinic where you can Trans yourself in less than an hour. You can literally pop in during your lunch break and be ready to start cheating at sport that same afternoon.

So what do you suggest then Miriam cowbag Cates? Euthanising pensioners, or perhaps just starving or freezing them to death. We are not asking for thousands upon thousands, we are asking for the LIVING wage paid to KIDS. Are our houses we struggled to buy not worthy of being upkept, are we supposed to let everything go and just grin and survive what we can? You are the most vile woman I have the displeasure of knowing of. Yet not a word on ILLEGALS who get EVERYTHING for NOTHING. But you will be ok on your SP, public taxpayer funded MPs salary and all the extras you no doubt gleaned that may one day come to light. VILE woman
Unfortunately not, and this is the problem. The average pensioner receives substantially more in pensions, health and other benefits than they contributed in tax/NI during their working lives. (Difficult to calculate but some estimates put the average difference at around £200K). The reasons for this underfunding are 1. the ‘contributions’ were not saved - they have already been spent and 2. the level of contribution was calculated when life expectancy was 65 and people died after short illnesses, rather than spending 20 years or more receiving pensions and increasingly expensive healthcare. The fact that we can’t afford the current pension arrangements is not a moral issue; it’s a mathematical one.

While Miriam Cates wants old people on only £13,000 per annum to pay tax, here's what the greedy cow claimed from taxpayers.
And here's her app too that she was earning from.
This woman is not a nice person.

I have joined Birmingham Labour colleagues in writing to the Council Leader. Green cabinet members must publicly disown their party’s “Zionism is Racism” motion. If they refuse, the power sharing agreement must end.
Standing against racism requires leadership and action. 👇🏽

Cass justified the use of puberty blockers for kids enrolled in the PATHWAYS trial.
The example she gave to the House of Lords was an 11-year-old who'd been transitioned by his parents as a toddler.
Despite this being an obvious case of child abuse.
Now she's wondering why "every system that should have protected children...has failed".
But she's part of the failure.
🚨Hilary Cass has called for an independent inquiry into how Brighton GPs were allowed to prescribe cross-sex hormones to children as young as 12.“There urgently needs to be an investigation of why every system that should have protected children, young people, and indeed young adults has failed,” she told me.
The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated.
Dr Redvers sat down with me for her only newspaper interview about her treatment in a scandal which, Cass now says, “dwarfs” that of the Tavistock’s GIDS.

A cynic might suspect that some people - many people - have their fingers in the till.
‘That’s £190,000 per person…’
‘We could buy them all a house!”
@NickFerrariLBC runs the numbers on the government's pledge to end rough sleeping by Christmas.
Car crash interview. £874 million to get about 4,000 people off the street.
That’s £190,000 each. Buy them a house.
Instead it’s contracts, outreach teams and councils deciding where the cash goes.
Rough sleeping rose under Burnham in Manchester. Now we’re nationalising the failure.

SEEN in Health welcome this news from Darlington Nursing Union
We hope that all NHS Trusts will follow in a timely manner with legally compliant policies that protect female & male patients and staff from being forced into sharing facilities & accommodation with the opposite sex
It should not have taken three years and three high profile employment tribunals for NHS organisations to recognise the protected characteristic of SEX in the Equality Act 2010 and comply with the Workplace Regulations (Health, Safety & Welfare) 1992
Our thanks go to Sandie Peggie, the Darlington Nurses & LS v NHSE for their courage and tenacity in bringing these unlawful policies into the public domain and highlighting serious safeguarding concerns for NHS staff

POLICY CHANGED: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally changed its staff changing-room policy after a three-year legal battle with the Darlington nurses in which female nurses were harassed and discriminated against for wanting a single-sex place to undress at work.
The Trust’s revised Uniform and Dress Code Policy now states:
“In accordance with UK Supreme Court ruling (2025), staff must use changing spaces according to their biological sex. Alternative unisex changing spaces are provided for staff who choose not to use an alternative facility.”
The change brings the Trust’s written policy into line with the law and the judgment secured by seven nurses at Darlington Memorial Hospital.

🚨 Breaking: After a three year battle, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally changed its policy on single-sex spaces for staff to bring it in line with the law.
It is amazing how simple it is! Now all NHS Trusts must urgently follow suit.
Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union and lead claimant in the case, said:
“This short sentence in a policy has taken women three years of fear, humiliation and extraordinary personal sacrifice to secure.
“We were nurses asking for the most basic protection: somewhere private and safe to undress at work, away from members of the opposite sex. Instead of listening, the Trust told us to compromise, broaden our mindset and be more inclusive. We were forced out of our own changing room, placed in inadequate facilities, threatened with disciplinary action and made to fear for our jobs and professional careers.
“Vulnerable colleagues were put under intolerable pressure. International nurses feared losing their visas. Women who had experienced domestic abuse were left distressed and afraid. Four of us were reported to our professional regulator simply for speaking publicly about what was happening.
“Throughout it all, the Trust defended a policy it had been warned was unlawful. Even after the Supreme Court clarified the law, it refused to change course. It took a full tribunal judgment, an apology, damages and an enormous bill before the Trust finally wrote biological reality into its policy.
“We welcome this change because it will protect women across the Trust, but it should never have required a three-year legal battle. No nurse should ever again be treated as we were for asking for dignity, privacy and safety.”
