Okay so you're not interested in the e coli german soldier gut bacteria probiotic? Let's replicate mot if it's effects without the big scary e. coli: - Visbiome GI Care (This hits the mechanisms of healing the gut lining, calming inflammation and crowding out pathogens) - S Boulardii (Another microbe that crowds out pathogens, neutralises bacterial toxins, and acts as a decoy so pathogens bind to it and get flushed out) - Lactoferrin (Binds Iron so pathogens can’t feed and overgrow utilising it, Apolactoferrin is best) - Bacillus Subtilis (Boosts your bodies own antimicrobial peptides whilst producing it’s own unique ones) All the benefits, none of the e coli german solider gut bacteria probiotic. Check out the original post though in the comments if you want to learn the story behind the e coli german soldier gut bacteria probiotic...

I've posted about a million times on how I address SIBO, but it seems some people still get it wrong, So instead I put together an article on how I would NOT address SIBO. That way as long as you avoid the pitfalls your chance of success is higher, As always these longer articles are on my substack, the link to which will be in the comments.

You can also observe Diarrhea Body Langauge™ Seriously I can often tell when walking through a busy town centre or being in a closed setting who has comfortable digestion and who will make a run for the bathroom at any second, Is this really practical? No. But I wrote a guide on pretty much every subtype of diarrhea and some basic interventions/trials for each, So I may or may not have had to drop that tidbit so you'd give it a read and potentially try said things out. As always it'll be down under this post. Enjoy and keep me updated with results.
Thyroid eyebrows Celiac forehead Liver lines Lymph bags Pufa spots Graves eyes Methylation nails Candida tongue BPC hairs Histamine hairline … You cannot walk this world the same once you see nutritional deficiencies in a person’s face.

Okay well since mentioning german poop clearly doesn't play nice with the algorithm, You can read about a microbe that: - Crowds out pathogens - Produces it's own antimicrobials and stimulates your bodies - Forms PROTECTIVE biofilms - Seals the gut lining - Stimulates mucus production - Starves pathogens of iron Maybe that plays a bit nicer with the algo, either way read below.
The poop of one German soldier allowed an entire army to avoid severe dysentery and typhoid outbreaks, It also solved Hitlers chronic bloating, gas and stomach pains caused by his highly fermentable vegetarian diet. The strain is E. Coli Nissle 1917. If you're American unfortunately it's gatekept heavy, So I wrote a full article with it's equivalent stack and the fun history behind it. I will shove it somewhere in the comments and you can give it a read.

Die-off being normalised is almost akin to those people who say quitting sugar and the cravings after are just "your body cleansing itself", Sure there's going to be some bacterial toxins, but you get to decide how much get through and how badly they affect you. Here's the main elements to cover: - Lining integrity (obviously where we are worried about toxins getting through) - Mucus lining health (naturally shields your gut lining and catches toxins) - Binders - Natural compounds that neutralise LPS Honestly I've seen the difference be that of debilitating fatigue, headaches, and of course bowel movements vs a mild annoyance when supported properly, I'm actually opening up a substack as X has been less favourable to me as of late. I'm going to put the link somewhere in the comments and I've layed out a full protocol for free there, Give it a read. See if you can integrate it. May just save you weeks of suffering.

Instead of taking meth and tren believe it or not you can create a totally focused mental state with: - Low gut inflammation - High omega 3:6 ratio - Mitochondrial optimisation - Yoga Nidra - Sunlight You don't have to do anything fancy to have good ideas or focus, anyone who tells you that's the case is usually coping.

Quitting alcohol is great if it helps stop you have urgent diarrhea, All this health advice about moderation applies to people who can "get away with it", if you're following me you likely can't get away with it as well. Look I'm not saying become a nun and never drink again, just limit it whilst you repair your gut.
Everyone says quitting alcohol is so great and once they do it, it’s so awesome and they’d never go back I think it sucks. I’m about a month in and so far no real positives aside from avoiding some hangovers But I’m bored as hell, irritable as hell, there are no real high moments anymore and the lows are even lower than before because I don’t drink anymore to help improve my mood I still get myself in trouble in relationships because dead sober I have way less patience than while drinking and snap pretty fast especially with a toddler asking 1,700 why questions on the weekends with 15 tantrums mixed in Actually considering going back to the sauce if I don’t see some form of improvement of the next couple weeks

Peaters when they find out PEA can help offset the damage from their aspirin use.
PEA is a fat your body makes. It’s structurally related to your natural cannabinoids and it’s one of the most underrated compounds for gut pain. → It works on mast cells, the immune cells that dump histamine and inflammatory signals into the gut lining → Calms those mast cells and supports your body’s own cannabinoid system, which impacts gut pain and sensitivity → In human biopsies, people with functional dyspepsia release less PEA in response to acid. Adding PEA back countered the mast cell activation and pain receptor upregulation that acid exposure caused → In a double-blind placebo-controlled trial, 600mg of aspirin increased gut permeability. Taking PEA alongside it significantly reduced that → Two 12-week double-blind IBS trials used PEA combined with polydatin (resveratrol compound). In adults, it improved abdominal pain vs placebo. In kids, significantly more hit complete remission vs placebo Histamine / mast cells are overlooked factors in a lot of gut issues, especially food reactions and gut pain that never gets explained. PEA can help calm them directly. I’ve used this with clients dealing with exactly that and seen massive improvements in histamine symptoms and discomfort.

IMO the best combination for MCAS would include Quercetin, But I also favour PEA, CBD, Luteolin and of course lowering the active burden placed on mast cells (e.g overgrowths).
Quercetin + Bromelain is one of the best combinations for MCAS, histamine flares, allergies, etc. that works from day 1 but only if used with the right cofactors. You flush red after eating clean meals, wake up at 3:00 AM with a pounding pulse and stuffed sinuses, and react to sudden temperature shifts with itchy skin and brain fog. Your allergy and histamine flares persist because you are trying to mop up spilled histamine after the fact instead of locking the calcium gates on your mast cells and powering the enzymatic drains that clear histamine out of your internal system. 1. The Day-One Mast Cell Lock: Sealing the Calcium Gate Before Degranulation Starts Stabilizing a hair-trigger mast cell on day one is like wedging a steel bar across a spring-loaded trapdoor before it swings open, which requires pairing a phospholipid-bound Quercetin Phytosome (Quercefit) with proteolytic Bromelain to block intracellular calcium influx through Calcium Release-Activated Calcium (CRAC / Orai1) channels. The Phytosome Revolving Door Swallowing standard dry quercetin powder is like throwing sand against a closed glass window because less than two percent crosses your intestinal wall, whereas sunflower-lecithin Quercetin Phytosome (Quercefit) paired with active Bromelain (2,400 GDU/g) acts like a VIP pass through a revolving door by cleaving mucosal fibrin barriers and shuttling quercetin across enterocyte lipid bilayers via micellar transport. The Calcium Trigger Guard Once inside your circulation, this combination acts like a master circuit breaker cutting power to an overloaded alarm bell, directly inhibiting Spleen Tyrosine Kinase (SYK) downstream of the High-Affinity IgE Receptor (Fc-epsilon-RI) and locking Stromal Interaction Molecule 1 (STIM1) so calcium cannot rush in to rupture histamine vesicles. The Histidine Factory Brake Beyond locking the outer cell membrane, bioavailable quercetin shuts down the internal assembly line making new histamine like closing a main water valve, downregulating the enzyme L-Histidine Decarboxylase (HDC) so dietary L-histidine stops converting into fresh intracellular histamine pools. 2. The Dual Enzymatic Drain: Why Quercetin Needs Four Specific Cofactors to Clear Existing Histamine Locking your mast cells without opening your histamine clearance pathways is like turning off a leaking faucet while the sink drain is still plugged, because already-released histamine will circulate endlessly unless extracellular Diamine Oxidase (DAO) and intracellular Histamine N-Methyltransferase (HNMT) have their active molecular cofactors. The Extracellular Gut and Tissue Drain Clearing histamine from your digestive tract and skin is like running a sump pump that refuses to start without electricity, as the Diamine Oxidase (DAO) enzyme sits inactive unless supplied with bioavailable Copper Bisglycinate, active Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P), and buffered Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) to oxidize extracellular histamine. The Intracellular Brain and Vascular Pump Flushing trapped histamine out of your central nervous system and vascular endothelium works like a postal sorting machine that needs fresh stamps for every parcel, because Histamine N-Methyltransferase (HNMT) requires S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) and lipophilic Magnesium Acetyl-Taurate (ATA Mg) to transfer a methyl group onto intracellular histamine. The Downstream Aldehyde Cleanup Leaving methylated histamine intermediates half-processed in your tissues is like piling trash bags in the hallway instead of taking them to the curb, a functional collapse prevented only when Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (R5P) and Molybdenum Glycinate power Monoamine Oxidase B (MAO-B) and Aldehyde Dehydrogenase (ALDH2) to complete the final clearance step. 3. The Catechol Bottleneck: How Unbuffered Quercetin Triggers Wired Anxiety and Thyroid Slowdowns Taking high-dose quercetin without mapping your methylation and thyroid transport is like sending a fleet of heavy trucks into a single-lane tunnel during rush hour, because quercetin possesses a catechol ring structure that competes directly for Catechol-O-Methyltransferase (COMT) and cellular hormone transporters. The Adrenaline Tollbooth Jam When your catecholamine clearance enzymes are already running slow, dumping catechol flavonoids into your operational environment acts like jamming a coin slot at a busy tollbooth, saturating soluble Catechol-O-Methyltransferase (S-COMT) so dopamine and norepinephrine back up and trigger a wired, racing pulse unless buffered by Magnesium Malate and active methyl donors. The Cellular Thyroid Door Wedge Flooding your system with uncalibrated plant polyphenols without supporting thyroid transport is like slipping a rubber wedge under a heavy door, as excess unbound quercetin inhibits Monocarboxylate Transporter 8 (MCT8) and hepatic Type 1 Iodothyronine Deiodinase (DIO1) unless cellular L-Selenomethionine and Zinc-L-Carnosine reserves are intact. 4. Blind Self-Experimentation Liabilities Ordering a generic quercetin and bromelain bottle off the internet without auditing your internal system turns a day-one stabilization tool into a source of paradoxical flares. The Wrong Molecular Salt Form Swallowing cheap Quercetin Dihydrate paired with standard Ascorbic Acid fermented from Aspergillus niger mold is like pouring dirty fuel into a precision engine, leaving ninety-eight percent of the flavonoid unabsorbed in the gut lumen to irritate the mucosa while mold-derived vitamin C triggers immediate mast cell degranulation. Secondary Cofactor Depletion Pushing high-dose catechol flavonoids and proteolytic enzymes in isolation acts like running a generator until the battery drains flat, rapidly exhausting intracellular S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) methyl pools, depleting Magnesium reserves via continuous COMT taxation, and chelating luminal iron and zinc before they can cross DMT1 and ZIP4 carrier proteins. Unmapped Clearance Bottlenecks Forcing flavonoid conjugation and histamine breakdown when you have biliary stasis at the Bile Salt Export Pump (ABCB11) or sluggish hepatic Phase II glucuronidation (UGT1A1) and sulfation (SULT1A1) is like pressurizing a clogged main pipe, sending quercetin metabolites and histamine aldehydes straight back into circulation to trigger migraines and deeper systemic breakdown. Every internal system operates under unique constraints. What resolved MCAS, histamine flares, and allergies for someone else can easily trigger COMT adrenaline spikes and paradoxical reactivity or stall out your baseline. DM me if you want a MCAS and histamine clearance protocol optimized for your body specifically based on multiple variables or some other bottleneck for the exact step-by-step guide.

Urgency around bowel movements? You should be mastcellmaxxing, Massive dumps of histamine and IL-31 from mast cells in the GI tract lead to rapid motility and of course the classic feeling of "I can't hold this". I like this short term to stabilise them: - PEA 600-1200mg - CBD (low dose - neutral carrier) - Luteolin 100-150mg This should drastically help clear up the urgency, but of course we've got to consider if there is hydrogen sulfide at play, overgrowths biofilms etc, Worth trying out bismuth or enterosgel spaced away from supps to make daily life bearable whilst you figure it all out.
