In Serbia, @avucic has conceded defeat. The Students’ List has won an absolute majority in the elections. Celebrations have begun in the streets across Serbia.
Sound familiar?

Vučić perde na Sérvia. Um facto político muito importante e que deve ser analisado.

Pretty incredible sequence. The guy explains basic economic policy in the context of France's runaway debt/deficit linked to huge retirement costs and the guests are gobsmacked, as if they've just heard there's a world out there...

Vance is confronted by the emotional husband of a soldier killed in Iran War and acts like he had no idea anyone ever died:
Q: It's a hard price to pay. There's a failure in the leadership. How will the leadership be held accountable?
Vance: If there were failures... This is the first time I've heard of this.

❗️I want to thank the Portuguese people from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and continue to do for Ukraine.
Portugal has been a reliable partner since the first months of the full-scale war. You provided us with Leopard 2A6 tanks, M113 armoured vehicles, SA-330 Puma helicopters, Ka-32 helicopters, 105 mm artillery, mortars, ammunition and other military equipment. You have contributed substantial funds to multinational initiatives, including the Czech-led procurement of artillery shells, the Drone Coalition and other capability coalitions for armoured, aviation and naval support. Ukrainian soldiers have been trained with your participation in the EU’s EUMAM mission, and you have supported F-16 pilot training as well as training in maritime unmanned systems.
Alongside military aid, you have given substantial economic and humanitarian assistance, helped with reconstruction — including of schools and energy infrastructure — and have sheltered more than 60,000 Ukrainians who fled the war under temporary protection.
Thank you for the military, financial and human support. Thank you for the fact that Portugal does not turn away and continues to stand by our side.
Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦❤️🇵🇹

I didn't realize it when I shared this but the person he's screaming at is a 22-year old female college student who is going to journalism school and good for her for giving it right back to his stupid old ass.

The Metropolitan Opera in New York asked its audience to stand in solidarity with Ukraine as the orchestra played the Ukrainian national anthem.
Hundreds rose together, and one voice in the crowd began singing along.

Today, they hanged him. The Islamic Republic executed Ali-Sina Mostafavi, an Iranian mountaineer.
Let’s be brutally honest. The Islamic Republic will not stop hanging people because we tweet, share hashtags, or beg for mercy.
We Iranians wake up every day knowing that another family may receive a phone call announcing that their loved one has been executed.
How many more bodies must hang before world leaders understand that condemnation without consequences is not a policy?
The United Nations has documented serious human rights violations, forced confessions, and grossly unfair trials in Iran. This is not a lack of information. It is a lack of political will.
Stop treating executions as a routine human rights concern. Treat them as an international emergency.
We, the people of Iran, are exhausted from burying our loved ones while the world issues statements.
We are not asking you to save us with your sympathy. We are demanding that you stop granting impunity to those who kill us.

Do something.
Twelve US senators have sent an open letter to Donald Trump demanding the cancellation of the diesel deal with the Russian Federation. The signatories include six Republicans and six Democrats. They called the agreement a "betrayal of US allies" and stated that it "will not only fail to achieve its goals, but will also bring no benefit to the American people."
