Maybe now people will give Harbaugh the benefit of the doubt and respect he deserves.

I may have hated his time as a #Mets player because the results weren't there.
However I like his philosophy and mindset as far as hitting. There's actually a lot of old school in it.

I wish John Smoltz would just let the game breathe instead of trying to show how smart he is.
We get it, pitchers need to make adjustments in game. Especially in a WS.
Shut Up and take a breath...

I’ve been a part of some really fun builds, this one is something completely different.
2 months planning, 5 weeks of fabrication, 2 days of basically nonstop driving to drop this off on the Las Vegas strip.
Luke Comb’s Category 10 Bar on the strip at the Flamingo. #lasvegas #lukecombs

He shouldn't leave without a job.

Call me crazy but I don't think the #Mets need to run to get Jake Bauers. Great story. I'd rather find the next one.

The idea that the Mets shouldn't bring Kevin Long in because they already have 2 hitting coaches is comical.
You fire those 2 newbies learning on the job if you have to.

Brewers sweep the believed to be unbeatable Dodgers.
At least Ohtani got his signature game changing HR for Smoltz.
#BLUNTTHOUGHTS
Too bad it's the Phillies but good for him.
#BLUNTTHOUGHTS
This just became very possible after news that Kevin Long will not be returning to the Phillies.

My hot take after watching the Beltran documentary last night.
The @Mets need to bring back Kevin Long and make him the director of hitting or whatever they wanna call it.

Was told all season that no one was beating the Dodgers.
Meanwhile they're about to get swept.

So I see a guy with a 🔥 black #Mets hat with some kind of patch on the side. When I get closer I say nice hat, what patch is that. He shows me and it's a subway series patch.
Me: You a Mets fan?
Guy: No I'm a Yankees fan but the hat is fire. I'm being honest.
Me: I'm a Mets fan. You're killing me 🤦🏽♂️
We walk away. Him laughing. Me stopping myself from 🤮.
Now I'm wondering if he was scared to claim the Mets because we were in Washington heights. I didn't have any Mets gear on.

I wasn't able to watch the game except for the last 2 mins of OT. I'll take a tie over a L any day.

So after many were saying it was a foregone conclusion it seems that Alex Cora will not be taking the Phillies job after all.
Did the Mets jump the gun hiring Green. Guess we'll never know. Maybe Cora is just content staying home and collecting his 7M next season from the Red Sox.
