I’m deeply honored to receive the Martha Cheung Award for Best English Article in Translation Studies by an Early Career Scholar!
My article, "Bourdieu's trajectory concept as an approach to microhistorical research in translation", was published in Translation in Society by John Benjamins.
Grateful to the selection committee for this recognition.

We are so proud to be an international academic journal that consistently offers authors and scholars a place to discuss the Palestinian question.
This issue combines ten individual research articles and two interviews published across the last three years on Palestine, and collected together for the first issue of 2026.
As usual, this is the result of hard work from various editors and authors across the world, whom we thank kindly for their efforts in producing high-quality and timely content.

For the first an only time, I correctly called the Nobel Prize in Literature. It's Laszlo Krasznahorkai, a deserving and massively accomplished winner.

About a week before the start of classes in August, Cornell University canceled Dr. Eric Cheyfitz’s courses, an attempt, he says, to silence him as part of a broader crackdown on pro-Palestinian activism.
