I just received a “nice” text threatening to take a private dispute to social media. I was already focused on finding a solution for them. Now they’ve redirected my attention to dealing with their threats. My lawyers will handle that. If you see some clown posting about me or this dispute, send me the link. I have the documentation, but I won’t trade accusations online. Meanwhile, I’m working to close one of the biggest deals of my lifetime, with the potential to benefit all our shareholders. Please look out for your chairman. If you see something, let me know. Do not threaten me again! FAAFO.

I want you to see what this team has built. Neeraj’s new Digitalage feature tour is now on our website. Live streaming, co-hosting, OBS broadcasting, audience chat, search, creator controls and automatic replay. Watch it in action. Our All-Access 5-Day Pass is priced at $9.95. I’ve put years into getting us here. Take a few minutes, watch the tour and see why I believe we can compete with the biggest names in this business. 👇 WATCH THE FEATURE TOUR: digitalage.com/feature-tour $HPNN #LiveStreaming #CreatorEconomy #Digitalage

$HPNN Jack, dividends are still on the table. We need to generate revenue and the cash flow to support them first. I’m also working on other ways to deliver value to the shareholders who have stuck with us. This is personal for me. My family, my team and our shareholders all have a lot riding on this. I’ve put years into getting us here, and I want that work to pay off for everybody involved. That’s what I’m working toward every day.

Let me put some numbers behind what I’m saying. One of our planning scenarios puts an outside provider’s published image-rate benchmark at $281,880 a month. The modeled OOVE processing charge is $48,168 a month. That’s a $233,712 monthly difference in that model. These are planning figures, not confirmed enterprise video quotes or proven savings. Final pricing, processing capacity, redundancy and other operating costs still have to be validated. Now look at what that could mean for #Digitalage. A lower processing cost can give us more room to grow our platform, bring in creators and compete on price. And under our agreement with OOVE, Digitalage has rights to license the covered technology to other companies. Those agreements can generate revenue for Digitalage beyond our own streaming business. That’s the part I want people to understand. We can use the technology ourselves AND pursue customers who need that technology for their own businesses. Moderation is one example. The broader work includes music identification, fingerprinting, timestamps, provenance, rights tracking, media search and newsroom technology. I believe there is a substantial business here. A customer wants technology that works, solves a problem and makes financial sense. That’s what we’re working to deliver. That’s why I brought Rob Braun in, with his experience at Microsoft, Intellectual Ventures and Nokia. He understands how to take technology into licensing negotiations with major companies. I’ve spent years building toward this. I want Digitalage earning from the platform we operate and from technology other companies pay us to use. That is a much bigger opportunity than looking at us as another social media app. $HPNN @go_digitalage #AIInfrastructure #TechLicensing #DigitalRights #CreatorEconomy

Good question. Shareholders deserve an explanation when the outstanding share count changes. We’re still resolving legacy share issues, including a matter dating back to 2021, with our new transfer agent. That’s the cleanup I’m referring to. An increase in the reported share count does not, by itself, mean I’m dumping shares into the market. I’m handling that cleanup while building Digitalage, pursuing licensing agreements, managing our team, and making sure we do this right. Those responsibilities are happening simultaneously. Look at what we’ve built: live broadcasting, multi-host streaming, OBS production, audience interaction, replay, discovery and creator catalogs connected through our own media infrastructure. The core platform is built, and commercial launch validation is underway. The opportunity is substantial. Grand View Research projects the global video-streaming market will reach approximately $416.8 billion by 2030. We’re working to earn our place in that market. I also brought Robert T. Braun in as CEO of Digitalage because he understood the vision and the commercial potential of what we’ve built. Rob’s background includes licensing roles at Microsoft and Intellectual Ventures, plus nearly 12 years at Nokia leading patent-licensing strategy across the Americas and parts of Asia. Before that, he spent approximately 17 years at Discovision Associates, a Pioneer Electronics company, ultimately becoming Vice President of Licensing and Managing Attorney. His career spans licensing programs that generated more than $2 billion+ in patent-licensing revenue. He has negotiated with global technology companies, led international teams, and built licensing businesses around sophisticated technology. That experience is directly relevant to where we’re taking Digitalage. We’re pursuing two commercial paths: operating our creator and streaming platform, and licensing selected technologies to other platforms, publishers and major technology companies, beginning with AI-assisted moderation. We built infrastructure with applications beyond our own audience. Commercializing that technology is a major part of our strategy. I don’t take a salary. I’ve invested years of my time and effort into Hop-on and Digitalage. The shareholders who have stood by us matter to me, whether they invested directly or bought shares on the open market. My focus is turning that work into customers, licensing agreements and revenue. I want the people who believed in this company to participate in the value we’re working to create. $HPNN @go_digitalage #Digitalage

$HPPN I’m not political, but seeing how divided our country is after this election bothers me. At Digitalage, we want you to see where a story came from, check the evidence, and make up your own mind. Here’s what that looks like. digitalage.com/citizen-journ…

Today I got the call nobody wants. Mom: “Honey, somebody crashed into me. I’m in the middle of the intersection.” Thank God she’s OK. I think it scared me more than her. Thank you to law enforcement and the fire department. Life is precious. Hug your mom. ❤️

$HPNN I hear the frustration. I know shareholders want results. So do I. I’m here, working every day to strengthen our company, advance licensing agreements, and secure independent verification of the technology we’re bringing to customers. We’re pursuing licensing opportunities that could begin generating revenue as early as next week, subject to finalizing agreements and execution. That is a possibility, not a promise. The demo below shows Digitalage in action. Behind it is a team pushing hard to turn working technology into paying business. Your support matters. You deserve progress and straight answers. I’m committed to delivering both.@go_digitalage #Digitalage

Live streams shouldn't vanish when they end. Now they don't. Here's how OBS works with Digitalage, and it works today. Creators already use OBS to combine cameras, microphones, screens and graphics into one live program. Digitalage Studios gives them a secure stream address and a private key. Paste them into OBS, press Start Streaming, and Digitalage takes it from there: live video, real-time chat and timed comments. When the stream ends, the broadcast becomes a replay with its conversation intact, linked to the moments viewers reacted, and it joins the creator's searchable catalog. No new tools to learn. Nothing to give up. Keep the tools. Add the Digitalage experience. digitalage.com @go_digitalage $HPNN

Usually my weekend shareholder emails bring questions, concerns and advice. This weekend also brought creator referrals for Digitalage. That was a blessing. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write, ask questions and look out for the company. It means a lot. $HPNN #Digitalage @go_digitalage

Just got home from IAM in San Diego. What a day! 🇺🇸 Told Renee, “I tried taking a picture of that stealth warship, but it came out invisible.” She goes, “WHAT?” 😂 Hook, line and sinker. Rob and I were teaming up on licensing discussions with some of the biggest tech companies in the world, while Renee was charming everyone else. Proud to be American. Digitalage was in the house! $HPNN @go_digitalage News to follow!
