It’s getting worse! This is an abhorrent act of vandalism. @DefraGovUK, @NaturalEngland & @TonyJuniper pull your bloody fingers out & do something!!!
Hen harrier chicks stamped to death in nest on grouse moor in Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Why has it taken 6mths for police appeal? This is blatant censorship of raptor persecution crimes, designed to assist the grouse shooter's narrative.

One of the great joys of ‘No Mow May’ and turning your lawn into a mini-meadow. Please forget ‘tidyness’ and let your garden go wild for wildlife.
Brilliant research by
@Cambridge_uni
suggests that Europe's skies are missing some 55,000 adult raptors as a result of lead ammo poisoning the food chain. A ban on toxic lead shot is absolutely needed to protect biodiversity

How has the game-shooting industry reacted to the conviction of buzzard-killing gamekeeper John Orrey?
Mostly by looking the other way. A lot like @pow_rebecca @ZacGoldsmith @DefraGovUK @NaturalEngland #AllInItTogether
