The Left needs to stop minting supposed legal geniuses like Andrew Weissmann and the promoting the heck out of them as if their brains fill rooms. Here he is on the "Illegal News" podcast (part of The Bulwark network of people pretending to be members of a political party they are not members of), saying he didn't know Trump as sitting President could not be indicted as a result of the Mueller Probe. But that had been DOJ's internal legal policy for the entire federal government since the year 2000, 16-17 years before Trump even became President. (And it was authored by then-Assistant Attorney General Randolph Moss, currently a federal Judge sitting in D.C. Judge Moss is not a Republican.) justice.gov/sites/default/fi…

And here's Andrew Weissmann excusifying for former Attorney General Eric Holder boldly proclaiming he was President Obama's "wing man." The basic defense is that Holder didn't really mean it. He just spoke inartfully. Holder supposedly didn't actually act when he was AG in that way, claims Weissmann. Keep this in mind as the MSM attacks @AGToddBlanche for his insistence that he is not constitutionally independent of President Trump. It's always a double standard with these people.

Oh nothing to see here. Just the former director of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center spending time with not one--not two--but THREE members of the Russian psyops "supergroup" we exposed in September. The stated objective of MKNE is to wage information warfare through the "family of podcasts" that shape American opinion. @JoeKent do you even know what MKNE is?
Joe Kent on video with three members affiliated with the Russian intelligence-linked International Club of National Unity (MKNE). I guess they don't teach counterterrorism guys counterintelligence.

Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

"George Washington was apparently seen throwing silver dollars across the Rappahannock River, which in 1936 was said to measure 272 feet in width and even wider in Washington’s day. The founding father’s reputed feat was likely not possible, but Walter Johnson was designated to pitch a silver dollar from one riverbank to the other to see if it could be done at all. A local newspaper called that bet and put up $50 of its own. A reward was issued for the return of the coin should Johnson connect with the other side. Lou Gehrig tossed a coin across New York’s Harlem River to prove it could be done. "Maybe I can’t throw that far, but there’s one thing certain, if George Washington did it, I can." Walter Johnson. A few days before the event, the 48-year-old Johnson sent a lighthearted telegram to City leaders: "I am practising with a dollar against my barn door. Arm getting stronger, barn door weaker." On February 20, The Associated Press reported: "Unable to wait until Saturday, when Walter Johnson tries his arm against the legendary prowess of George Washington, citizens are trying to settle the matter among themselves; But with iron washers, not silver coins. All tries have fallen short." U.S. Rep. Sol Bloom had offered 20-to-1 odds against a successful throw, and over 4,000 people gathered along the snowy riverbank in the 27 degree weather. Walter Johnson came dressed in a suit. The footing was icy and muddy. He took off his suit jacket for his attempts. According to Shirley Povich, Johnson handed his jacket to the famous White House correspondent for the Washington Post, Edward T. Folliard. Years later Folliard, recounting the many events and famous people he had covered, said holding Walter Johnson’s jacket that day: "Was my biggest thrill." The coin was marked: "Walter Johnson threw this dollar across the Rappahannock River, February 22, 1936" cleared the river by more than 10 feet!! Walter Johnson`s throw was measured at 286 feet. "Walter Johnson threw it over with the same easy grace he once used in fanning Ty Cobb, Tris Speaker and "Ping" Bodie, and so doing he brought to Fredericksburg something of that joy that was denied to Mudville when the mighty Casey struck out." Edward T. Folliard, "The Washington Post". After it was all said and done, Rep. Sol Bloom refused to pay the citizens the $100,000 he owed. Bloom insisted that 18th-century maps depicted the Rappahannock at Fredericksburg to be more than 1,300-feet wide: "Farther than Washington or anyone could throw a coin." City officials pooh-poohed Bloom's that claim about the river’s width.

Pretty good, Grok. Even used the term floating above, which is an exact Krauthammer quote.
The Krauthammer Rule is an informal term used by some commentators for a pattern often attributed to Barack Obama: helping create political division, toxicity, or lowered standards, then floating above the resulting damage to lecture about decency, character, and how "this is not who we are."

Academia is filled with: 1) Marxists and 2) Immature morons. This lady combines both A) and B). Wow. Students gear up for law school and they’re taught how to scribble out faces.
Law Professor Compares Trump to Hitler and Calls for Mass Protests! "Adolf Hitler... His face was scribbled out... Let us do the same" to President Trump. Professor Jennifer Taub is a Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and served as Recent Developments Editor of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal. She stated that she is now back and that there are no clips of him on the show. She said she will scribble him out anytime she shows him, including on cover slides for the podcast. Taub explained the reference by recalling that when she was a child, her school had paper dictionaries. Students would flip through them to look up words, sometimes dirty words and sometimes unfamiliar ones. They also looked at pictures of famous faces. After learning about the Holocaust at around age nine or ten, she noticed that when she turned to the page with Adolf Hitler, his face had been scribbled out. She repeated that it was “scribbled out.” Taub said, “Let us do the same.” She noted that she would normally say not to deface books, but that Donald Trump’s visage “defaces humanity.” She said she looks forward to the day when he is scribbled out and placed in “our dustbin of history.” She acknowledged that he is not the only one, and that it is not just his enablers but the system in which people operate. She said a person like Donald Trump is not sui generis and did not invent himself. In her words, he is “the kind of filth that is extruded from a system that elevates the private property rights of a few versus the private property rights and the identities and the humanity and everything else of the many.” Taub concluded that there will be a reckoning, which she firmly believes will occur at the ballot box, through rallies in the streets, and ultimately through an expanded Supreme Court. She added, “Let’s hope.” This law professor further also published an article in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine.that people need to “persuade people to keep showing up at rallies in increasingly larger numbers,” citing Erica Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. In doing so, she encourages the view “that civil resistance works far better to achieve large-scale political change than violence does,” based on the concept that “no government has withstood a challenge of 3.5 percent of their population mobilized against it during a peak event. On November 5, 2025, the professor published the article titled “Defeating Tyranny with the 3.5 Percent Rule” in the American Bar Association’s Human Rights Magazine. Taub concludes by stating, “We the People must use our power and protest by the numbers. Let’s get to a single-day nonviolent protest with 11 million participants. We can test out Chenoweth’s 3.5 percent rule. Let’s do it for science and for democracy.” This serves as a prime example of the current generation being indoctrinated by their professors. What is most alarming is that this is happening in our law schools.

The FBI FITF was **literally** - not figuratively, LITERALLY running it's 'Round River' code name investigation as a COVERUP OPERATION on behalf of the Biden Family and the shadow government by deliberately flagging any evidence of Biden family crimes and influence peddling in Russia/Ukraine/China as 'RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION'. Read it for YOURSELF: justice.gov/usao-dc/media/… TULSI GABBARD CAUGHT THEM DOING THIS.

Remember, the NYPost broke the story about the Hunter Biden laptop in October of 2020, and IMMEDIATELY got shut down, censored and marginalized by people in both government, media and private sector trying to contain the scandal. This includes people on the FBI FITF.

On August 17, 2016, FBI Special Agent Joseph Pientka was sent to hold a fake 'defensive briefing' of candidate Donald J. Trump and his proposed National Security Advisor, @GenFlynn , specifically and precisely so details of that briefing's STEELE DOSSIER ALLEGATIONS could be deliberately LEAKED to the Fake News. To lay down a FALSE NARRATIVE should Trump win the 2016 election, he could've only done that because of 'Russian collusion'. Pientka then showed up with another FBI agent at the White House to interview General Flynn on January 24, 2017. And helped set up my friend for a 6 year long nightmare. That other FBI agent was Peter Strzok. The DOJ later admitted - and the DOJ Inspector General agreed - that that false statement charge they used to try to destroy Gen. Flynn should NEVER have been charged. The altering of the 302 interview forms has never been sufficiently explained. Think about how much freakin' damage that 'Trump/Russia Collusion Hoax' did to this country. Now here is that same WEAPONIZED FBI running the EXACT SAME PLAYBOOK against two Senators and their committee that were investigating a SERIOUS ISSUE related to Hunter Biden's laptop. Hold a fake gay-ass 'defensive briefing' so it could be LEAKED to the Fake News: "There's no story here about that Hunter Biden laptop, this is just two old bumbling Republican Senators who don't know their asses from a hole in the ground eagerly pursuing RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION!" The FBI 100% **knew beyond a doubt** by October 2020 that laptop was 100% real and NOT Russian disinfo. And then the FBI shadow government operatives went ahead and did all of this crap **anyway** to help cover up for the Biden Crime Family. I demand justice for my friend and his family.
That's exactly what they did. Same playbook of using a 'defensive briefing' like they did with FBI Special Agent Joseph Pientka during the transition between administrations in 2017, to set up leaks of the Steele dossier to the Fake News media. But in this case the weaponized FBI sent Floris/Benavides to hold fake briefings so the Fake News media could be seeded with leaked stories about how Grassley & Johnson were 'spreading Russian disinformation' about a laptop the FBI 100% knew was real and had belonged to Hunter Biden. Time's up, bitches. xitter.cf/drawandstrike/status/2…

Nikki L. Floris’s unelected “shadow government” Headed by FBI Director Christopher Wray, run by Nikki Floris and her team at FBI Washington Headquarters through the Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF). The FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) was the Deep State’s mechanism to interfere in the 2020 election against President Trump. The FITF falsely labeled the Hunter Biden laptop “Russian disinformation” right before the election. The FITF then pressured Big Tech to censor conservative voices who expressed election skepticism, using the pretext of “foreign disinformation". All the while suppressing any information helpful to President Trump
This morning, two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Floris, 46, and Bradley Benavides, 56, surrendered on arrest warrants after being charged with lying to Congress about their roles on the Foreign Influence Task Force during the 2020 election.  Floris and Benavides allegedly lied to Congress about their roles in the FBI’s Hunter Biden investigations, with one claiming they only learned about it from Wikipedia - despite evidence showing their involvement in helping shape the public narrative about Hunter Biden’s laptop right before the election.   Lying to Congress by anyone strikes at the heart of our democratic system, but when senior FBI agents lie to Congress believing they are above the law, it’s time to bring the hammer of justice down on them. When senior officials entrusted with safeguarding our nation’s security choose deception over duty, they undermine the very institutions they swore to uphold.   Today’s action makes clear that no one is above the law, and we will hold accountable all who obstruct the truth.

A Planned Parenthood doctor tries to lecture Matt Walsh on child gender identity and insists even babies understand gender. Then he asked her about Santa Claus, and it was over. MICHELLE FORCIER: “There’s research and data that show that babies and infants understand differences in gender. Some children figure out their gender really early...” WALSH: “Have you ever met a 4-year-old who believes in Santa Claus?” FORCIER: “Mhm.” WALSH: “So, this is someone who believes that a fat man is traveling through the sky on a flying reindeer at lightning speed coming down his chimney with presents.” FORCIER: “Yeah.” WALSH: “Would you say that this is someone who maybe has a tenuous grasp on reality?” FORCIER: “They have an appropriate 4-year-old handle on the reality that’s very real for them.” WALSH: “Agreed. Agreed. But Santa Claus is real for them, but Santa Claus is not actually real.” FORCIER: “Yeah, well, and but Santa Claus does deliver their Christmas presents.” WALSH: “Well, yeah, but he’s not real, though.” FORCIER: “To that child, they are.” WALSH: “When I see a child who, you know, believes in Santa Claus, and then let’s say this is a boy and he says, ‘I’m a girl.’ This is someone who can’t distinguish between fantasy and reality, so how could you take that as a reality?” FORCIER: “I would say that as a pediatrician and as a parent, I would say how wonderful my 4-year-old and their imagination is.” Most 4-year-olds can’t even tie their shoes. We don’t let them cross the street alone, pick their bedtime, or choose what’s for dinner. But she thinks they’re mature enough to decide they’re “in the wrong body.” The most terrifying part about this lady is that she’s also an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Brown University. She’s not just affirming fantasy as reality in her own practice. She’s helping hand-pick the next generation of doctors — ones who think just like her.
