Excited to share our new #insilicoMetMap model, developed by our 🌟💫🌟 PhD student @PengLi_AI 🧠💻 We asked a different question: Can we learn from METMAP experiments and predict brain-metastatic potential for cell lines that have never been tested? Creating #insilicoMetMap and identifying penetrant-like states and candidate biological targets for further experimental testing. This is exactly how we envision #CodeToClinic: using existing experimental and multi-omics data to build computational models that can prioritize bench experiments, generate biological hypotheses, and potentially reduce the time and resources required for discovery. Our trailblazer @ZuhairMajeed presented #BrainMetCompass at the 2026 @NeuroOnc @ASCO #CNSMetastasesConference! 🧠🧭 💻 Try BrainMetCompass: hasanovlab-brainmetcompass.s… 🎯 PREDICT → PERSONALIZE → PREVENT #BrainMetCompass is our #CodetoClinic ML model designed to predict an individual patient’s risk of developing brain metastases using clinical and tumor genomic data. Opening the door to personalized CNS surveillance, diagnosis at asymptomatic stage and ultimately prevention. The model is patented by @OhioState and is available for licensing by interested sequencing companies. Our 🌟 PhD student @MostafaIHA is presenting two posters at the 2026 @NeuroOnc @ASCO #CNSMetastasesConference.
