So I came from a family of five and I admit I don't know how to cook small amounts. These are the left overs from a few days ago when I made colcannon. Partner labeled them and I just noticed 🤣 for any West Wing fans you'll enjoy this

I'm just going to leave this right here. Things are cropping up around me at work and this is a very timely article.

School District Leadership Teams & School Boards are having to make impossible decisions. You guys are on my heart. I want to share my thanks and encouragement to you all with this video... #RISDsaysomething Just stay alive, that would be enough #CantBanThisTikTokTeacher
Words matter. Stop viewing/calling what we were forced to do over night in the spring "online remote learning" it was battlefield triage education to survive. Given the right frame work it can! ANY pedagogy is not a one-stop-fit-all model. This is why student choice matters.

#ThoughtForTheDay When it comes to performance we all need feedback in order to continue to improve. The key is to invest in our relationships w/others so we know how they prefer to receive it so they grow from the convo. One more example why relationships matter. #Culturize
Listening to the opening plenary discussion over student centered classrooms! #UTeachSummit excited to participate on a panel in the next block of sessions too! #UTeachAlumni
I've been a big proponent of showing my students the difference between equality and equity. This is a new take on it and I really like it!

The school year might of ended on a weird note but we aren't going anywhere! @HaughtonScience @harvey_science
I was gifted with this shirt today and I wear it proudly! Not the end of the year we imagined but we are still doing our best!
I thought watching a documentary would distract from current things but the behind the scenes of Our Planet is actually super depressing when you see how many ice calving happened during their filming to get a good shot. #ClimateChange #ourearth @AttenboroughSir how do you cope?!
The walrus deaths that are highlighted in this. I can't unsee that. I seriously can't believe there are people who think climate change is fake.
If you want to see a great documentary go watch Our Planet. But have tissues ready.
Watching Our Planet on Netflix and it makes me realize
1. I might be a biologist but I'll still be upset when baby animals die due to natural selection
2. @AttenboroughSir is getting older and I don't know what I'll do when he is gone.
3. Who could possibly fill those shoes?!
