WATCH: El-Sayed introduces President Obama in Detroit.
"When they tell me, 'but his name's Abdul, though,' I remind them his name was Barack."
Obama walks out, hugs him, and calls him "your next senator."
That is the whole race in 70 seconds.

wow -- a squirming Mike Rogers gets flustered as Kristen Welker points out that while he attacks El-Sayed over the Muslim Brotherhood, *Rogers himself* defended the Muslim Brotherhood during the same period of time that El-Sayed did!
Yall barely respect 2 year associate degrees from community colleges. Yall really don’t respect certificates.
I don’t see the job market respecting 3 year bachelor degrees.
If recruiters are looking at two applicants, they’re choosing the one with 4 years of college, not 3
Really crazy that some voters are choosing Israel Defense Forces over Michigan in the United States. 😭😭
Yall are really okay with giving more money to Israel for bombs while Americans suffer! No more. We’re voting for Abdul El-Sayed. I want an America first Senator.

We know how much it matters to live in a country where our rights are protected, where the law applies equally to everyone, and where the majority can’t just decide that some people don’t deserve the same freedoms. The safety and freedom we’ve found in America didn’t happen by accident. They exist because of democracy. And protecting democracy means protecting Jewish safety, too.
We know what happens when those protections start to break down. When courts are weakened, elections are undermined, and people lose equal protection under the law, minorities are often the first to pay the price. Jews have seen this throughout our history. It’s one of the reasons so many of our families sought refuge in democratic countries.
That’s why I find it so alarming to see what’s happening right now. When masked government agents are taking people off the streets and citizens are being shot in public, we should all be worried about where things are headed. As Jews, we know that when a government starts targeting certain groups of people, no one should assume they’re safe from what comes next.
Mike Rogers has chosen to align himself with a movement that is willing to attack our democracy. He stood with Trump and refused to accept the results of the 2020 election. And now we’re seeing what happens when a political movement treats the rights and dignity of certain people as disposable. For Jews, these things should set off alarm bells.
Jewish safety is tied to the health of our democracy. We can’t protect one without protecting the other. And in this Senate race, Abdul is the candidate who understands that and is willing to fight for it.

If anything, it’s either poor organizing or low voter excitement.
Michigan State was packed with 300 people.
Please respond with a video of Mike Rogers in a room with more than 50 supporters. Quickly!
A zoomed-out crowd shot of Abdul El-Sayed’s (@AbdulElSayed) Wayne State University event shows Abdul speaking to a mostly empty Division II basketball gym.
It seems Abdul really struggles to draw support when the support isn’t bused in.
Imagine that.
The UAW endorsed only one candidate in this race: Abdul El-Sayed.
Our endorsement process is member driven. UAW members overwhelmingly chose to support Abdul because he's the ONLY candidate for U.S. Senate in Michigan that is aligned on our core issues -- and the only one that has ever showed up for UAW members when called on.
Nobody else in this race can say that.

Mayor @ZohranKMamdani: We proudly boast 12,000 miles of sidewalks, 12,000 acres of green space in our parks, roughly 12,000 bodegas, and over 12,000 yellow taxis. In just the first six months of this year, City Hall has financed 12,000 affordable homes. Today, I'm so proud to be here in the Bronx to announce 10,000 new 2K seats. That is a commitment that will bring our total to 12,000. This truly historic announcement will save parents more than $25,000 per child.

Abdul is not new to my community, he is true to it. This is not an act; we do not get opportunities like this very often. The only thing Mike Rogers has to offer the Black community is more white supremacist policies & a devotion to the White Supremacist in Chief. That's it.

I'm honored to earn the endorsement of Detroit City Council President James Tate. Councilman Tate is a giant in the community — a steadfast leader — and I'm proud to have his support in our movement to get money out of politics, put money in pockets, and pass Medicare for All.
Has anybody seen Mike Rogers in a room with more than 20 "supporters"?
