$SIMO Silicon Motion guided Q4 revenue to $588–616M. Analysts had $550M for Q4 going in, so even the low end is 7% above that, and the Q3 it just reported was already $560M. Q3 revenue $560.2M, up 24% from Q2 and 131% from a year ago, against a $519–541M guide and $529M consensus. That's every quarter since Q2 2025 above the top of its own guide. Non-GAAP gross margin 53.7% (guide 50–51%), operating margin 32.1% (guide 27.5–28.5%), EPS $4.35 vs $3.33 expected. GAAP EPS fell to $1.91 from $3.99, while operating income rose to $162.6M from $101.1M. The gap is investments: a $78.0M loss this quarter after a $74.7M gain in Q2. By product, vs Q2: SSD controllers +20–25% eMMC/UFS controllers −10–15% Ferri and boot drives +75–80% Management says rising memory costs are squeezing some consumer devices, while enterprise and Ferri customers care more about getting supply than about price. The Q4 guide also has non-GAAP gross margin at 54–55% and operating margin at 36–37%. Q1–Q3 plus the Q4 range puts 2026 revenue at $1.94–1.97B, vs $886M in 2025 and a $1.87B full-year consensus. Cash is $953.6M, up from $181.8M, after the $1.15B zero-coupon convert in August. The stock was around $227 after hours, about 3% above the close, after a roughly 16% run in the two sessions before the report. For the call (8am ET): C1 How much MonTitan revenue is in the Q4 guide, and which customers are ramping. C2 What takes gross margin to 54–55%: product mix, or pricing on Ferri and boot drives. C3 Whether the eMMC/UFS drop is price or units, and whether it keeps falling in Q4. C4 What the $1.15B is for, and where the $78M investment loss came from.

Our best performing portfolio has been heavily investing into AI stocks during the sell off over the past few weeks. The valuations are far too cheap with major growth projected ahead. oversold.com/ov5 Current positions $VRT $SIMO $MU $NVDA $PLTR

Silicon Motion $SIMO beating estimates with $560.2M revenue versus $529M and $4.35 adjusted EPS versus $3.33, while guiding Q4 revenue well above expectations, shows a very strong quarter. You and @RitadeCSB deliver consistently accurate, objective, and rational analysis, making you both easily my favorite follows.

$SIMO knocked the ball off the cover and is poised to hit the targets I have that were absurdly above the Street and have laid out for many months. $4.35 in EPS, $560M revenue (+24% QoQ) Guiding for $588 - $616M in revenue, 54-55% gross margins, and 36%-37% operating margins. Unreal execution. The thesis continues to remain well intact for them. $SIMO continues to be one of my favorite ways to play memory given the diverse revenue base and more insulation to NAND prices due to their product lines. Market might punish them and every other AI stock for a while, but when the time comes, this will be a big winner again.

Please pray for Christians in Nigeria. This Christian girl was captured and had to choose between converting to Islam or death. She chose death. May all Christians have this kind of courage. This is what Islam wants to bring to the world. Convert or die.

I'll let this revenue projection graph I made for $AAOI do the talking. Price at $70 I find genuinely riduclous if they deliver on their projections. Rate hikes/macro trims a lot of forward valuations. But the selloff way overshot, which I'd argue is amplified by hedge fund risk/forced deleveraging before month end reporting. Rather than something individually wrong with the company.

Notice the move. Don’t answer the concern, just laugh at it. When a real worry gets turned into a punchline, the goal isn’t to inform you. It’s to make you feel silly for asking. Ridicule isn’t a rebuttal. Stay sharp, and don’t let anyone laugh you out of your own questions.

Today I finally understood something about Donald Trump that I had been missing this entire time. And when it hit me — it hit me completely. Because, look at who this man chose to surround himself with. Not billionaires. Not people born into power. Not people who had everything handed to them. Karoline Leavitt — 27 years old. Ice cream shop girl from New Hampshire. Trump looked at her and saw something the entire world missed. Made her the youngest Press Secretary in American history. Susie Wiles — a woman who has spent her whole life quietly strategizing from the background. No fame. No spotlight. Just pure brilliance. Trump looked at her and said — you will be my Chief of Staff. First female Chief of Staff in American history. JD Vance — a soldier. A boy from Appalachia who served his country in uniform before he ever served it in office. Trump looked at him and said — you will stand beside me. Pete Hegseth — a soldier who gave everything on the battlefield. Two Bronze Stars. Trump looked at him and said — you will lead our military. Marco Rubio — the son of a bartender and a hotel maid. Two immigrants who came to America with nothing. Trump looked at their son and made him the first Latino Secretary of State in American history. Do you understand what Trump actually did? He did not build a powerful administration. He built an unbreakable one." Because every single person in it knows what it feels like to have nothing. And people who came from nothing never take anything for granted. Tonight, say one prayer for this entire administration. And say a bigger one for the man who chose them. Then pass this to every American who needs to understand why this administration hits different from every single one that came before it."🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Republicans want to 1) keep our borders closed 2) keep our people safe from drugs and bad illegal aliens 3) support the family 4) protect our Christian rights 5) support women in their sports 6) save our nation!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸Please get out and vote Republican!!! We are NOT perfect by any means, but we want the best for everyone in our State and Nation!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
