ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by symptoms of inattention or hyperactivity–impulsivity. Although it has long been considered to be a childhood-limited condition, follow-up studies have shown a persistent course into adulthood. Learn more: nej.md/4s25aNL
With Gemini 4 Argon, any builder can transform physical spaces into interactive games 🏁
We snapped a photo of a real desk and used Argon to orchestrate subagents, Blender MCP, and Nano Banana to transform everyday objects into this playable 3D track.
Our latest model advances bring stronger capabilities for building and migrating software in low-resource programming languages such as COBOL, Fortran, and Visual Basic.
These languages power software that banks, governments, and businesses depend on. Progress here means understanding decades of business logic and helping developers modernize those systems while preserving what works.
We’re building these capabilities around the challenges developers and enterprise customers bring us. If your team is working on these systems, tell us which languages and workflows we should tackle next.

NMN supplementation combined with STING inhibitor H-151 in middle-aged mice preserved bone density, bone structure, increased new bone formation, reduced inflammation, and improved NAD⁺ levels & mitochondrial function in bone marrow stem cells 🦴💪
A new study links STING-mediated signals from marrow fat cells to inflammation and declining NAD⁺ levels in bone-forming cells. Interrupting this pathway helped preserve aging bone.

New trial: A low-calorie diet (800–900 kcal/day) + structured exercise put early-onset type 2 diabetes into remission in 54% of participants (27/50) after 24 weeks, vs just 4% in usual care.
Participants preserved muscle mass/strength while losing fat, improved fitness, blood pressure, heart structure, and quality of life. No glucose-lowering meds required.

It’s really simple. Our Robots and AI vs their Robots and AI. If we can catch up on robotics/software , and can stay ahead on AI, there is zero reason manufacturing won’t come back, or initiate here.
At Cost Plus Drugs, the only thing holding us back from making generic drugs cheaper in Dallas than we can buy from Asia, are the fees we have to pay.

We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit.
It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion.
In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding.
In the post below, we share more details about our new fund.
