Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir arrives in Tehran.
Reuters: Top officials from Mecca Pact countries Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan are to meet Iran's leaders in Tehran on Monday in their first high-level contact since the kingdom became a pressure point in the wider Iran conflict.
Saudi Arabia will be represented by Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Pakistan by army chief Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Turkey by intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin, Saudi and Iranian officials said.

The meeting follows Iran's offer to BROKER PEACE between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthis, potentially signaling progress toward ENDING the fighting.
This meeting could be a step toward peace. It appears Iran is the only one who can bring Yemen to the table.

🇸🇦🇹🇷🇵🇰🇮🇷 Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan are taking their new defense pact straight to Tehran.
Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Pakistan’s army chief Field Marshal Asim Munir and Turkey’s intelligence chief are set to meet Iranian officials today to talk regional coordination.
It’s the first high-level meeting between Iran and all 3 countries since Iran-aligned Houthis started hammering Saudi Arabia, with another wave of missiles and drones intercepted on Sunday.
The 3 signed the Mecca Pact in August, which treats an attack on one as an attack on all, and earlier this month agreed to rush military forces into Saudi Arabia.
So the bloc built to defend Riyadh is now sitting down with the country backing the people attacking it.

-قاد أبرهة جيشًا كبيرًا مزودًا بالأفيال بهدف هدم الكعبة ونزل بجيشه في وادي المغمس شرق مكة.

-أرسل الله عليهم طيرًا أبابيل ترميهم بحجارة من سجيل، فهلك معظم الجيش، وعاد أبرهة إلى اليمن،وسمي ذاك العام بعام الفيل
-قال عن الوادي الشاعر أمية بن أبي الصلت في الوادي والحادثة :
حُبِسَ الْفِيلُ بِالْمُغَمِّسِ حَتَّى ... ظَلَّ يَحْبُو كَأَنَّهُ مَعْقُورُ
