Let me introduce myself. I'm a happily married Southern gal, living just a hair outside of Charleston, SC. My Hubs and I have one grown son who has our only grandchild who is currently in Clemson U. We have three pit bull bully breed dogs, all three rescues; we adopted two from a local rescue, and we brought the last one straight home from the street. And yes, we think of them as our "children" - they may have four legs but they are still our babies. You will see a lot of rescue dog advocacy from me if you follow my account. I am a cancer survivor, a rare endometrial stromal sarcoma, living on borrowed time as the saying goes and I thank God for each and every day. I am a Christian who believes Spiritual Warfare is a real and present thing. I am a writer, currently working on a book, an avid reader - mostly history, and a thinker. I am a Libertarian, with a Big "L" but vote almost exclusevely Republican. Not because I buy into everything they spout, but because they at least try to protect the Constitution. I love to "know stuff" ... otherwise known as AuDHD, with a concentration of politics and AI. It's like I was born for this time in human history. Seriously. Oh, and I have an opinion on pretty much everything. But I think the most important thing to know is I love to interact with and support people here on X.
