I am pleased to be joining my constituent Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and her family for a meeting with the Prime Minister at Number 10 today. We will be urging him to use his influence to secure the release of other British citizens still held hostage in Iran. #NazaninIsFree

So lovely to have uplifting conversations with Richard and Nazanin today. They are both relentless in their pursuit of justice and raised the plight of Morad Tahbaz with me. Here I was hoping to sleep for a week… Here’s their first family selfie! #NazaninIsFree

The moment Richard, Nazanin and Gabriella finally reunited after 6 long years. This picture makes me so happy and so proud of all 3 of my brave constituents. Thank you everyone for your constant support for this incredible family. #NazaninIsFree

Nazanin’s plane took off from Oman just over half an hour ago and she’s due to arrive in the UK this evening. Here she is on the plane - the final step in what has been a six year long ordeal. #NazaninIsFree

An amazing moment to see Richard and Gabriella in Parliament on their way to greet Nazanin off the plane. So glad they were able to make it to hear the outpouring of love and support from MPs from all parties in the Commons Chamber. #NazaninIsFree

Nazanin is at the airport in Tehran and on her way home. I came into politics to make a difference, and right now I’m feeling like I have. More details to follow. #FreeNazanin

I am aware there are news reports circulating about the debt being paid to #FreeNazanin. I have spoken to her family and they have heard nothing confirming any of these rumours.

Thank you for all the messages regarding Nazanin. Absolutely devastating news and shocking that her husband was only just notified. Another abusive use of her as a bargaining chip. I’m speaking to the family & will update when I know more.

It’s a big day for Nazanin and her family tomorrow as the high court will again hear about the £400m debt that the U.K. owes Iran. I’ll be watching tomorrow’s events closely and hoping the Government realise they’re running out of chances to #FreeNazanin

In the #InternationalWomensDay debate in Parliament, I told the heartbreaking story of my four year old constituent Gabriella Ratcliffe, who has been cruelly separated from her mother Nazanin and put through so much. #FreeNazanin

I hated every minute of reading this report, which goes into detail about the mental and physical torture Nazanin has suffered. I hope both the Foreign Secretary and Prime Minister take time to read it and realise the full extent of her ordeal #FreeNazanin bbc.com/news/uk-56362220
