6245 Harbour Sentry from 1989 was 25 pieces of cannon-firing glory! Logic goes out the window with this puzzling set, but if your imagination is ON, it's still a perfectly good use of pocket change. ☠️

Was a teenager in the 90s, grew up in a hard right town in n Ireland, moved to GB for uni, got into Lib Dem softy leftism inthe Blair years.
Now grown up, had to pay bills, lived in the real world. Had hard times and had to pay more and worked harder.
More left now than ever.
Coffee Table Bricks' 'Mini Elephant' is about as mini as an elephant can get! We especially adore the use of white epaulettes for its tusks. Proof that some of the sharpest LEGO MOCs are small. 🐘

Having said that: I'm so grateful that my flat is so well insulated that there is more or less no noise. I hear nothing but a vague rumble and see the odd flash. But walking home from the but stop, it's really a LOT of stuff and the packaging is *everywhere*. :(
Absolute fireworks carnage this evening outside on the little square. I try not to mix work with personal time but a big clean up will be needed in the morning. Three bags, I reckon.
Very tempting.
"Build it so."

"How was work today, Nathan?"
"This morning I toured a anaerobic food digester and gagging on the smell. Later, I was at a seminar about getting corporates to volunteer & fulfil their CSR obligations."
Also. 41 purple bags away from 12,000 in 2026 so far. #Nottingham #waste
Another theme I'm learning about for the first time. Late nineties and noughties truly my darkest age. :(
2161 Aqua Dozer from 1997 shoveled up Hydrolater Crystals in the deep. Chains connected to the hinged tail pulled the blade up when all was gathered. An Aquaraiders anomaly that was only released in NA.

Really enjoyable People, Planet, Pint event in #Nottingham this evening.
Curious how many of my contacts have these #sustainability events in their city?
I begged for this as a child and even offered to give up pocket money for months. The Holy of Holies.
6085 Black Monarch's Castle from 1988 was the largest Black Knights set by piece count - even next to 6086 Black Knight's Castle. It had FIVE building ideas on the box and front box flap. 5⃣
