PCB back from @JLCPCB and soldered up. A quick download of the #CircuitPython file and off we go. Chords and bass line to a Midi device from a @Raspberry_Pi #RP2040 Zero. This will be great for music practice once I have finished the new case.

Making music with the @Raspberry_Pi RP2040 and a Sam2635 midi module. Chords, arpeggios and bass patterns are customisable and the chord sequence is a text file. Just the thing to practice along with. @rpimagazine #midi #musicmaker

Chords come from a text file and are sent down one midi channel (converted to individual notes from a lookup table). Arp picks out individual notes from the chord, as does the bass line. These accompaniments are written into a python module and can be selected.

I've been playing... 2.0inch SPI display connected to a #Raspberry_Pi @Raspberry_Pi Pico and using Micro python. It looks quite scary with the lights out!
