Epic Games support is reportedly refusing to refund #Fortnite Crew subscriptions 🙃
After the Passes scheduled to drop this weekend were delayed by over a month, support agents told upset subscribers that they will not be refunded. No compensation has been promised, either.

- Skins are either decent or clearly ones they don't expect to sell well in shop
- Passes don't change often enough to justify the money

I miss when the crew used to look like they actually cared
We used to get packs that would've gone for like 3000-4000 vbucks if they were in the shop and now we just get a skin, a backbling, and a pickaxe with two base styles and 4 copypasted legacy styles

Epic should refund everyone who recently bought Crew. Delaying the new Festival season just 3 days before launch after advertising it is insanely misleading and honestly feels like borderline false advertising.

Please let this be a wake up call and stop subscribing to crew, they’ve already reduced the amount of vbucks players get, constantly delaying the lego pass and now festival is going to be hit with the same treatment.
