1996 while I was stationed in Guam, I conducted tours at the Isla Center for the Arts @ University of Guam. We had a giant printer, and one day it was printing this: the Hubble Deep Field. One tiny “empty” patch of sky… holding thousands of galaxies. Helping print one of the first real looks at how big the universe is, right when it came out. I still think about it. 🌌 📷 R.
