Investors following $COV.V have been waiting for the next stage of the turnaround. CEO Brent Ashton quickly took COV from losing money to profitability after arriving in 2024.
Revenue growth has been the missing piece.
Is Q3 finally showing signs of an inflection?
⢠Revenue +20%
⢠Gross profit +73%
⢠Adj. EBITDA >3x
⢠EPS C$0.10 vs. C$0.00
At C$3.57, thatās 8.9x Q3 annualized EPS, with C$19.4M cash and no bank debt. But one number buried beneath the headlines stands out:
Revenue from COVās top 50 existing hospital customers grew 46% while retaining every one of them.

Stay tuned for our next information arbitrage Delta Sheet thread. This one will be on a cheap defense company with multiple levers to grow for several years. No .. itās not $IEHC or $SODI. However, they wouldāve been good guesses. @Mike10947310 @Diego_La_Torre_ @KyleAdamsStocks @BlackScholesMan

We talk a lot about multibaggers, but one of our fave stats from our 2022/2025 Microcap Quality Indexes are actually the percentage of stocks that delivered returns of 20% and 50%.
Investing in a broad universe of quality companies with a high probability of delivering solid returns might be a better strategy for most investors, leading to a much better CAGR vs. constantly chasing the next multibagger.
Give yourself enough good chances at bat, and the multibaggers will naturally emerge along the way.
Plenty of boring stocks approaching 52 week highs in the @MSmicrocaps Index - as the mini correction in tech and AI dominates headlines.

Rely less on FUD headlines like the Open AI revenue miss BS and more on facts.
Facts from $III š Regarding spending on infrastructure servicesš
āThe AI infrastructure boom is still accelerating,ā said Steve Hall, ISGās chief AI officer and leader of the ISG Index. āThe hyperscalers continue to post strong growth and are committing extraordinary levels of capital to new capacity. While supply is growing, this is definitely a demand-driven market. Providers are continuing to build because enterprise demand for compute, storage and AI capacity remains exceptionally strong. The implication is the infrastructure cycle still has room to run. We are not yet seeing a clear peak.ā
āIt was the highest quarterly growth rate for the combined market ever recorded by ISG, and the ninth consecutive quarter the market grew by double-digits versus the prior year.ā

Continuing to tweak my AI process (Peter Lynch 60 Second Drill) to quickly go through my research pipeline. It's a work in progress, but I'm happy to see it caught dilution risk... totally negating some positive insights I had jotted down. I still need to fact check - $MCDIF

$RFIL already gave us one huge multibagger run. With a P/E of 10x, has a pullback given investors a 2nd shot?
RFIL was ~$5 in June 2025 & ~$22 by June 2026.
After the AI pullback + Q3 selloff, it round-tripped. Yet the business arguably looks BETTER today. Here is whyš§µ
$INTT issues some strong guidance:
ā¢Orders of $48 to $59 million, an increase of 28% to 33% vs. Q3 2025.
ā¢Semiconductor orders strong
Q3 Revenue to be up 30%+
ā¢Backlog of $58 to $60 million at September 30, 2026, up 28% to 32% vs. June 30, 2026

$NTWK - Some InfoArb Delta Sheet findings have implications for future recurring revenue.
NTWK provides software to the global asset finance & leasing industry and just reported a very strong quarter.
Historically, results have been inconsistent due to lumpy implementation and services revenue. But this also helps feed future recurring revenue. Still, the quarter is hard to trust at face value.
The opportunity: grow the recurring base enough to create a higher earnings floor, while layering services revenue on top. So far, recurring revenue has been relatively steady rather than a meaningful growth driver. Recurring revenue hintsš
Also worth noting: based on commentary from the earnings call, it appears $NTWK plans to get more aggressive on the investor relations front.

Why might COV be taking share?
IV Clear uses Covalonās patented soft-silicone technology and combines two antimicrobials, CHG + silver, providing antimicrobial protection across the dressing.
The soft-silicone adhesive is also designed for patients who may have difficulty tolerating traditional adhesives.
VALGuard is accumulating clinical evidence around infection prevention as well.
While this doesnāt definitively prove COVās products are superior to the much larger competitors⦠like Solventumās Tegaderm CHG which has an FDA-cleared claim to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infections(something IV Clear doesnāt have)ā¦
The more interesting evidence may be what hospitals are actually doing.
