We need to support the people of Gaza…today and tomorrow! 🙏🕊️😔
Rain and dropping temperatures have arrived in Gaza. For families living in tents, winter makes an already difficult situation harder: soaked bedding, flooded ground, and no safe way to cook. Across our network of Palestinian-led kitchens, WCK teams are cooking through it, working to make sure the most vulnerable families can count on a hot meal. #ChefsForGaza

NEW: In leaked recordings, Peter Thiel argued that Nashville should be a moral alternative to Pope Leo XIV and the Catholic Church, which he called “a dubious ally” against a hypothetical future Antichrist Democratic president.
“America is the last and final form of the Roman Empire,” Thiel told a closed-door crowd in Nashville’s Masonic Temple. “There is no successor.”
He has attacked Pope Leo XIV at least four times this year, once calling him “a useful idiot for the CCP.” thelettersfromleo.com/p/the-…

Every winter, Gazans face a true tragedy, with freezing cold and rain pouring over their heads and their sleeping children. This beautiful season has turned into absolute horror, while Israel still refuses to allow any construction materials for rebuilding."

It’s hard to grasp the BBC’s systematic attempt to launder Israeli propaganda until you see the sheer scale of it. Here's a compilation of them doing it at 2x speed.
The latest was on Newsnight on 4 November. When Bernie Sanders called Israel’s government extremist, Victoria Derbyshire answered for it: “And the Israeli government would deny that they are extremists.”
As this video shows, BBC presenters repeatedly do this as guests describe Israel’s crimes: “Israel would say.” “Israel would deny.” “They would reject that.”
We counted 70 of these denials and justifications in 52 aired interviews. The BBC calls this impartiality. But in not one of those 52 did a presenter raise any of these words from Israel’s own leaders:
- “We are fighting human animals.” Yoav Gallant, 9 October 2023
- “It is an entire nation out there that is responsible.” Isaac Herzog, 12 October 2023
- “They will not receive a drop of water or a single battery until they leave the world.” Israel Katz, 13 October 2023
- “Remember what Amalek did to you.” Benjamin Netanyahu, 3 November 2023
- Starving two million people in Gaza until the hostages came back might be “justified and moral”. Bezalel Smotrich, 5 August 2024
On 10 October 2023, Tahani Mustafa told the BBC that Israeli forces were not distinguishing civilians from fighters. The presenter replied: “They would reject that.” Mustafa then had to bring up Gallant’s “human animals” herself. The BBC supplied the denial. The guest had to supply Israel’s own words.
That is cherry-picking. The Royal Charter requires the BBC to be impartial, and the public pays for it through the licence fee. In these interviews, it handed its audience Israel’s denials and left out its leaders’ own words, during a genocide streamed live to the world.
We have archived the BBC’s coverage for three years, and we are now counting all of it: 50,000 video clips and many more written excerpts.
We are calling this first part: "BBC: The Would Say Files".
Handing Israel its denials is only one of the ways the BBC launders Israeli propaganda, so we will count every other technique too. Over the next few weeks, we will announce each milestone as we complete the report.
These are the first results, with every clip, quote and source: newscord.org/editorials/bbc-…

Exactly same in Australia. Labor, Libs, Nats, One Nation all take donations from same big corporates- pharma, weapons, fossil fuels, gambling- they don’t even try to cut the cord. They do as they are instructed by their donors. #auspol

Israel has brainwashed you into believing that Palestine with zero fighter jets, zero helicopters, zero tanks, and zero soldiers are oppressing a nuclear superpower with 75-400 nuclear warheads, over 340 fighter jets, 130 helicopters, 1,500 tanks, and 650,000 soldiers.
Stop calling it a war. Israel is not fighting an army; it is fighting defenseless civilians—women, children, and elderly. Call it what it is: GENOCIDE

And never even faced a Senate hearing. Not Rupert, not Lachlan, not the news producers who said 'Yes, we will back Trump's insane plan' and pumped up Fox News until they stormed the Capitol and beat police with American flag poles.

Satanic possession wouldn't explain why @RupertMurdoch and @NewsCorp editors declared an Australian city 'BludgeTown' on front pages, street posters, websites, knowing full well that doing so would drive up mental health distress & self-harm for jobless people there.
And did

Planning already underway for Murdoch's funeral.
Expected crowd of 10,000 people.
20 will be paying their respects.
The other 9,980 will be there to make sure the prick is really dead.

Every obituary on Rupert Murdoch should mention that he drove a 14 year old Australian boy named Digby Bamford to suicide in 1963 with a faked up 'Teen Sex Diary Scandal'.
And then 1000s of Australian journalists kept silent about what Rupert did, their entire careers.

This is why Jon Ossoff won in a landslide in Georgia. He took the gloves off and didn’t pussyfoot around the truth.
Putting aside the fact I wrote about what he said here when many were silent, he’s making the case for why Democrats MUST now hold these monsters accountable.
This isn’t about retribution, it’s about ensuring what Trump and his puppet masters have done NEVER happens again THAT is what the American people voted for.
Of course legislation is a priority it was a priority they didn’t address in 2024, when they failed hard pressed American families who were screaming for help, while they were chasing upper middle class voters who were NEVER going to vote for them.
Then, when they were punished for it at the ballot box, they blamed the American people for rejecting them, and then stayed silent for almost a year while Trump dismantled democracy and tore down the government.
If Democratic leadership can’t walk and chew gum at the same time, then step the fuck aside and let someone who can deliver justice to the American people get the job done. I’d go even further and suggest they step down anyway, because they don’t have the integrity or the trust required for this mission critical moment.
This is NOT the time for more of the same old same old, and that’s what this current leadership represents I’m afraid. It’s why they went into this election with popularity ratings underwater.
This landslide was NOT about a ringing endorsement of the Democratic Party, it was a repudiation of a broken political system.
It’s time for a PEOPLE FIRST REVOLUTION. This is a once in a generation opportunity to deliver transformative change. GET IT DONE.
Oh and before I finish, why does Hakeem Jeffries put full stops in the most odd places in his totally irritating sentences? An orator he is not I’m afraid, yet in a comedic twist of irony, he’s about to become Speaker of the House. Democrats can and MUST do better.
They need to listen and READ THE ROOM, otherwise 2028 will be a repeat of 2024. It’s hard to hear I know, but sometimes the truth hurts and someone has to say it.
