This aged poorly
With reports from Elliotte Friedman that the #Isles are closing in on an extension with Adam Boqvist, that should put to bed any rumors of Lou Lamoriello going anywhere.
While the contract for him is going to be inconsequential, if a GM was about to be ousted any potential moves would be put on hold. But again, Lou wasn’t going anywhere. That was just fantasy talk for the hopefuls out there who wanted a change.
Friedman also mentioned they are believed to be closing in on a Palmieri extension.
