We know how to model him. The wireframe we use as reference is a perfect front (and side) view set in 'orthographic', meaning there's no perspective whatsoever altering the shape of the model. This is simply how he is, straight up.

He looks fine in-game just literally no one knows how to model him because they base his design on a warped-by-perspective wireframe Scott accidentally showed so they make his head looked like stacked donuts instead of more angular
