Statistical you-know-what is a little silly in this case when NASCAR has only had 1 finish sub-0.196 on a road course.
And yes F1 is guilty too when the finish gap was because if an inability to pass and an incredibly high speed at the S/F line location.
Only 2 @NASCAR Cup road course finishes are relatively close to the 0.196 second MOV mark:
2001 @WGI, MOV of 0.172 seconds
2020 @DAYTONA Road Course, MOV of 0.202 seconds
This only counts finishes since Sonoma 1993 when electronic T&S was introduced.
