Wow!! @Coach_AlfordUM Thank you! This shows me that high character means doing the right thing even in a difficult moment for the other team. Compete hard, but always respect the game and the people in it. 〽️🏈💙💛
Amidst all the chaos on the field, #Michigan RB coach Tony Alford wasn’t celebrating, but instead was consoling players from Western Michigan and congratulating them on a great game.
Class act.
Correction isn’t criticism it’s investment 💯 The people who truly believe in you will correct you challenge you and push you to be better. Listen. Learn. Adjust. Grow. 🏈📈 Pride resists correction Growth embraces it 💙💛〽️

In 28 years of coaching #Michigan, long-time RBs coach Fred Jackson has seen a first — it's five-star RB Savion Hiter.
'I told him... I brought in a lot of good football players over the years, but as a freshman, he's probably the most talented guy I've seen that I brought in here'

"I expect when you watch our guys play that you can tell they care about one another, they push one another, and they're accountable to each other."

Love this...working on creating a man with strong character, integrity, and intelligence who knows where he's going and has a clear vision. Representing God, family, and the university in a genuine way. Who wouldn't want to support and invest someone like that? 💪🏾
No bitterness, just clarity. The Ohio State question finally answered. Everything happens for a reason & God placed me in the right position, at the right time, with the right people. 🙏🏾💯
