Can anyone defend this rambling fuckwittery?
Reporter: “hello, everybody.” Donald Trump: “hi, how are you? so we’ll be going to a great place, mississippi, and we’re going to get cindy hyde-smith elected. she’s doing very well, i think. and we want to make sure she gets elected because she’s a great senator.” Reporter: “mr. president, this race was moved from solid republican to likely republican.” Donald Trump: “what was?” Reporter: “the race for cindy hyde-smith.” Donald Trump: “i don’t know. i mean, i think she’s doing very well, but i want to make sure she wins. she’s a great person, and she’s a great senator. she loves mississippi.” Reporter: “mr. president, bolsonaro’s loss in brazil. any comment on that? do you think the election was fair?” Donald Trump: “well, it looked terrible to me. i thought it was a terrible look, and i didn’t take sides, but it looked like another rigged election, frankly. i didn’t take sides, but it was a terrible look for the world. it’s another election. you know, elections have to be indisputable, and it looked very bad to me. i didn’t take sides. i didn’t endorse anybody or anything, but i watched the election. it looked so, so corrupt. so terrible.” Reporter: “mr. president, you’ve made it very clear that any non-citizen that votes would be automatically deported, and do you think that would clean up elections? and should you say that at all of your rallies?” Donald Trump: “well, i think so, and we do that, and we’re starting that process, and i’m also going to be issuing a million-dollar bonus, or reward, or whatever you want to call it, for anybody that reports voter fraud, leading to the arrest and conviction of somebody. we’re giving that person a million dollars.” Reporter: “mr. president, on the israel elections, did prime minister netanyahu ask you to give that second endorsement? did he plead with you?” Donald Trump: “no, i never spoke about it, no. i gave it. it wasn’t an endorsement. it was just, i put out both endorsements. i put out both. it was just a, i think he’s done a very good job as prime minister under very dry conditions.” Reporter: “sir, could i ask you just on brazil, just one more thing on brazil? do you want to do something about the election?” Donald Trump: “well, i’m not running brazil. i’m running the usa. and i just thought that the election was, i like lula. i get along with her very well. i just think it had a very bad look, the election, the way it was tabulated. you know, the extension given was very strange.” Reporter: “further response to obama, who made fun of the cheesecake factory, comparing it to the white house in your decorations?” Donald Trump: “you know, i’ve taken care of the white house. i fixed it with the finest artisans in the world. we’ve re-skinned it. it was in horrible shape. a lot of the ornaments of the things that were originally built on the white house were missing or damaged or gone for a long time. they were laying on the ground, in some cases. and it was in terrible shape. the exterior plaster was broken, cracked. the painting was terrible. and i’ve re-skinned the building beautifully with the highest, most talented people. anywhere in the world, you’re not going to find more talent. and the white house looks beautiful. and guys like obama, they would pass the front door. they’d see the broken masonry. they’d see the broken, the beautiful pilasters that were all broken. for years, they were broken. and he wouldn’t notice because he doesn’t notice that. he doesn’t notice dirt and filth that hadn’t been cleaned, where the walls hadn’t been cleaned for years. he doesn’t notice areas that haven’t been painted. so it’s very easy for me to do. i do it very, very simply. i’m a very clean person. and the white house was in terrible shape. the white house is now in the best shape it’s been since 1792, when it was built. it’s in beautiful shape. you take a look at it. it looks beautiful. and i’m proud to do it. i do it with five minutes a day, 10 minutes a day. i have the very talented people. they work there. many of them are in the department of interior. they’ve done a fantastic job. and you have to remember, the white house, we have to explain that to obama because he doesn’t understand it, because he’s not a smart guy. let me tell you, in my opinion, he’s not smart at all, because the way he ran the country, only a stupid person would run the country like that. but we have to explain to obama that the white house is a symbol of america. and it has to be maintained properly. it has to be painted. and the exterior plaster can’t be falling off the walls. and the decorations and ornaments around the windows that are magnificent can’t be on one side of the window and falling off on the other side. so we took molds of the one side, and we put it on the other side. and we did a beautiful job. very little money spent. it’s not about money. it’s about seeing. guys like obama don’t see it. you don’t see dirt. he doesn’t see filth. he doesn’t see broken ornaments on a building. the white house to president obama is a symbol of america. it has to be clean. the columns can’t be broken. the bricks can’t be falling off from under the plaster. and for you to say it’s a cheesecake factory, that just shows why you’re a lousy president. right? thank you.” Reporter: “mr. president, do you have any thoughts of machado coming back into the country? and do you think they’re going to need a debt restructuring?” Donald Trump: “i don’t know. we’ll take a look at it.”

The Premier League is killing its own product with these anti-competitive rules. Europes other major leagues will capitalise on this and grow their products, while the Premier League will die from lack of investment. Seriously, would you buy a Premier League club that you know cannot win a trophy because you cannot spend your own money?

You would think that after your various children had ended a night of being on a crime spree while riding in a stolen car and terrorising the local community, and ended that criminal rampage by driving that stolen 1.5-ton car at high speed the wrong way on a dual carriageway which ended with the obliteration of another car with two police officers inside who were travelling in the correct direction. An obliteration that killed everyone in both cars As one of those parents you would think that you would feel a little guilt, a little responsibility, a little sadness! Not only for your own child but for the children who were now fatherless directly because of your childs criminal stupidity. You would think you would feel a world of regrets and a lot of "if onlys" and "what ifs." You would think you would be forced to take a good hard long look at yourselves and ask the questions of what you could have done better as a parent ! To own up to your own failings. But oh no, not some of the parents and relatives of these young men. They are looking to cash in and blame everyone else but their feral wannabe gangsta, idiot children, who they couldn't be arsed to parent or discipline or teach the basic rights and wrongs of normal behaviour. For them to say that the police should have called off the chase earlier in an attempt to detain their idiotic sons - who had been involved in several criminal incidents leading up to the police finally identifying the car that they were all packed into, and who then decided to goad the police into a high-speed pursuit? The young men in that car had previously taunted police into chasing them in various vehicles a number of times before, knowing that if they drove at high speed in built-up areas or the wrong way on busy lanes, the police would end the pursuit. Which they would then film, gloating about it all on social media platforms while wearing balaclavas, making gun signs and torching the car. Yet these so-called parents are pointing their fingers at the police, and I am sure they are already looking for a settlement while phoning the first "where there's a blame, there's a claim" advert they could find on the internet. They were utter shit parents, and they are now proving they are utter shit human beings as well. They deserve every bit of ridicule and condemnation that they are receiving. They can't even do the right thing by their children in death. That's how utterly fucking useless they are.

Newcastle went from relegation candidates to Champions League in one year. They spent a lot of money to transform that relegation squad into one that won the Carabao Cup and qualified for the Champions League twice in three years. They had no quality players to sell, it was a bad team, so… They were forced to sell players they didn’t want to lose to comply with PSR rules, including their best academy player in Elliot Anderson for £35m as it was “pure profit.” But it is the wages that really kill them. Newcastle can’t offer the same wages at the Big six with their ingrained financial advantage. SCR has baked this in, So when they get an elite talent, they can’t keep hold of them. Hence Isak, Gordon, Tonali and Bruno all leaving in the space of 12 months. All but one of them went to a domestic rival. Newcastle “competed” for a short period of time and then, like Aston Villa, they were forced to sell or players demanded to leave. And this process is now repeated every summer. Well run clubs like Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth are perfect to keep the eco system running. They identify and develop players for the richer clubs to buy. It’s their business model and it’s pretty much the same business model #nufc have had to switch to now. There has always been a food chain in football in my lifetime but that food chain is now enshrined by the financial rules Unregulated spending is not what we need either. Nobody serious is saying that. No club should just be able to spend what they want based on the wealth of their owners, but the rules need to be looked at. This isn’t a dig at @RorySmith either. He has raised another strand to the debate in his usual eloquent style. I’m just offering my view.
Replying to @RorySmith
Spurs and Villa and sort of Newcastle all prove that you can "compete." Villa went from the Championship to the CL in six years. That's amazing. They should be happy, and proud. And yes it's hard to win. It should be hard to win. That is the point.

I want you to imagine yourself as this pig, who I named Nellie. Nellie woke up in an unremarkable building in Iowa and was transferred into an unremarkable truck with dozens of her fellow pigs. They were then driven over 24 hours straight from Iowa (in the middle of the USA) to a slaughterhouse in Los Angeles, all with NO food and NO water. That's where I met her when I attended a vigil w/ LA Animal Save. I made eye contact with Nellie for 60 seconds before the truck pulled away, entered the slaughterhouse, and Nellie was slaughtered to become bacon or ham or pork. 💔 It's too late for Nellie, but not for the many pigs and other farm animals who you can prevent from sharing their fate. Through your food choices but also by sharing stories just like hers to humanize these poor, innocent creatures who were simply unlucky enough to be born as the animals we raise and kill just to needlessly consume. 🧡
