This yearโ€™s conclave, themed โ€˜๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐’๐“๐ˆ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ,โ€™ centres on four areas of shared regional priority: Food Security, Sustainable Energy Solutions, Emerging/Trending Technologies, and Equitable Access to Education. Approximately ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ from across ASEAN Member States and India have arrived in Phnom Penh for the Conclave.
