R.I.P. Fable 5.
Perplexity + Reddit + Opus 4.8 = AI SDR that still booked a $20B hedge fund.
(38% reply rate. 30 qualified meetings a month. 0 SDRs hired.)
This system reads 1,000+ companies every morning and only writes to the ones already in buying motion...
→ No more $200K/year SDR payroll for manual account research
→ No more 10,000 cold emails for a 1% reply
→ No more bought lists going stale in weeks
→ No more guessing who's actually ready to buy
→ No more openers that read like templates
Just 1 morning run → the 30 accounts worth calling today.
I built it around one rule: never depend on a single model to run.
Opus 4.8, GPT 5.5, Mythos, Fable 5 — there will always be a new LLM.
Today the US government proved why. The system didn't notice.
Here's how it works:
→ ICP Intelligence (Perplexity does a month of buyer research in 15 minutes)
→ Account Radar (reads 1,000+ companies every morning, keeps only the matches)
→ Buying Window (3 live triggers per account: a raise, a key hire, a launch)
→ Buyer Language (lifts your buyer's exact 5 phrases off Reddit, nothing reads like a template)
→ Voice Match (drafts a 3-line opener off that signal, in your voice)
→ Orchestration (Fable runs the whole pass and hands you the 30 to call today)
Built on real outbound infrastructure.
Model-agnostic. Runs every morning without supervision.
Government bans included.
Results from my own pipeline:
- Reply rate from 1% to 38%
- 30 qualified meetings a month, 0 SDRs hired
- A $20B hedge fund and a $15B fund booked
- $340K in new pipeline last quarter

I’m building a next-gen QR code product.
I’m a backend-heavy dev with very limited UI/UX skills but with AI, I was able to design and ship something usable (and honestly, better than I expected).
AI is wild.
Not perfect but it gets you moving.

Day 15... flowql.com (debuggin as a service) taking off!
✅Reddit posts got 5k impressions
✅30 developer sign ups!!! (40 total)
✅2 client sign ups (need more)
✅high conversion
Goal: 100 waitlist (50/50 split) devs vs clients

yes, sort of - i've started out the "old fashioned" way for the first 2-3 years, tried different tech stacks and obviously use AI for efficiency. but i highly believe in at least having some ground knowledge in the dev field yk?
currently i'm validating preship.io as my latest project.
it's not fully planned out yet, but basically what it'll do is if you have an idea you can give all the relevant info (idea, problem it solves, ICP,...) to preship and it'll give you a landing page based on a validation structure that will dynamically test A/B/C strategies - to help you decide if, and how to build.

learn to love data.
build a system that can predict patterns based on real data.
and you win.

It turns the internet from something you scroll into something you can send ideas through, get value back and see your life change in real time.

This is a big deal.
Anthropic is acknowledging that chat isn’t the final interface.
Instead of asking questions, you assign work and watch it move forward.
This feels like the beginning of a different relationship with AI.

The architect framework, show them the future, the solution to their struggles, they will buy, especially if you're good with emotional selling.

I love this!
So true, especially in our branch as most of us are overthinking every little step. Just do it!

Finally, an open-source model beats GPT-5!
(and it costs 4x less to run)
Kimi K2 (Thinking) was released under a modified MIT license, which means you can use it, modify it, and deploy it however you want. Compare that to GPT-5, which is proprietary and locked behind OpenAI's API.
Here's what caught my attention:
The cost difference is massive. Kimi K2 costs $0.60/M input tokens and $2.50/M output tokens. GPT-5? $1.25/M input and $10/M output tokens. You're paying 4x more for outputs with GPT-5.
But there's more - Kimi K2 outperforms GPT-5 in most real-world tasks:
↳ Agentic Reasoning: Kimi K2 scores 44.9 vs GPT-5's 41.7
↳ Web Browsing: 60.2 vs 54.9
↳ Latest Information Collection: 56.3 vs 53.4
↳ Agentic Coding (SWE-Bench): 61.1 vs 55.3
GPT-5 only leads in one benchmark: Live Code Bench (87.0 vs 83.1).
This is a big deal for anyone building production systems. You get better performance on agentic tasks, web search, and coding assistance - all while spending less and maintaining full control over your deployment.
The gap between open-source and proprietary models keeps shrinking, and in some cases, open-source is pulling ahead.
