Vindicated. As early as September 1, I was arguing that Cannon's application of Richey, and use of equitable jurisdiction, was the biggest problem with her order. teapaw.org/JamesDissent/status/15…

I don't even think those are the strongest arguments against an SM appointment. To me, the problem is she has no jurisdiction, and Trump cannot meet the Richey test for equitable jurisdiction.
I really truly hope the 11th Circuit has more integrity than this braindead judge.

Holy shit, I didn't realize Scott Colom was denied a federal judgeship because Cindy Hyde-Smith blocked his nomination by lying about his connections to George Soros hahahahaha
If she hadn't done that he'd be a district judge and instead he's going to beat her in a Senate race and become the first black Senator from Mississippi since 1870. Nobody has ever been owned this hard by poetic justice

The party that elevates Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17 yr old killer, & tears down Gus Walz, a 17 yr old with special needs who loves his dad, is a party that needs to be lit on fire & thrown in the dumpster & plunged into the deepest depths of the ocean never to be seen again.

This isn't a tsunami or anything like that. This is a complete collapse of the Republican coalition.

If you are watching this and just have a passing familiarity with elections, just understand you're seeing something special, a 100-year flood. Easily the worst election for a party since 1974.

Over the last two years, many of the most powerful people in America-tech oligarchs, college presidents, media tycoons, leaders of big law firms + basically the entire pro-Israel Jewish establishment-capitulated to Trump's authoritarianism. They abandoned American democracy in its moment of maximum peril. They should never be allowed to forget it. They should wear that shame for the rest of their lives.

We should sign Mohamed Salah. He would immediately be our #1 attacker and big chance creator. I wonder if Trabzonspor would sell? teapaw.org/a5medv/status/21176061…

Today’s election results are not going to be an embrace of socialism, communism, progressivism or Sharia law. They are going to be a rejection of corruption, authoritarianism, incompetence, and racism.

With over 2/3 of the votes counted, David Jolly is leading decisively in Trump +1.5 Oseola County.

Indiana U.S. House District 5
Hamilton County, IN (Early Vote):
🔴 2024: Spartz +4
🔵 2026: Ford +27
This 31-point swing toward Democrats is significant. Victoria Spartz, whom VoteHub rates Likely R, is now in serious trouble. IN-05 is a genuinely competitive race.

Insane but also such irresponsible language. Literally the sort that legitimizes any action in support of your tribe.

"A GENUINELY TERRIBLE COVER STORY"
@Channel5iveNews went to the island in Albania Ivanka Trump & Kushner claim they walked barefoot on and fell in love with - not only does it not match the description, it isn't even the island they made the deal for for a luxury resort, and it has no roads or power, or even a dock.
Seems pretty clear they made a money-laundering deal with a known drug trafficker with the prime minister's blessing. Hence, hundreds of days of protests.
