This is the most reliable signal in market history: Simply wait for everyone to panic. Then buy. Every time $VIX spikes, people panic & shift bearish, but meanwhile big money is actually buying. - $VIX $25-$30 ~ Buy stocks - $VIX $45+ ~ Buy even more stocks Then finally sell stocks when $VIX is back under $14. & repeat the cycled process, time after time!

$HOOD @RobinhoodApp Please help me get their attention Robinhood app just refused to allow me to put in my sell order 4 times then finally worked and filled for 1/19 of the bid stealing 90% of profit Then they give a response with “maybe” and also suggesting it will take days… WHAT THE HECK? How is this ethical or legal

BREAKING: Neuroscientists confirm that an under-stimulated ADHD brain will unconsciously pick an argument or poke a sibling just to manufacture a hit of adrenaline—which is why your house erupts into chaos the exact second everyone is bored. When the external environment goes quiet and flat, an ADHD nervous system scrambles to fill the gap:1/6
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
ADHD brains show higher boredom proneness but research does not confirm neuroscientists verified unconscious argument-picking or sibling-poking specifically for adrenaline. Post cites no source. link.springer.com/article/10.100… frontiersin.org/journals/psych…

Ok. People like these posts. My current stack. I take Saturdays off Sun -Fri. Crestor 5mg Telmisartan 20mg Tadalafil 5mg Nattokinase 12,000 FU Ubiquinol 100mg Vit C 250mg Fish oil 3g Tudca 500mg Sunday. Vit A, D, E, K Pregnenolone 100mg Mon and Thurs. NAC 600mg B1, B2, B3 Tues and Fri. Phosphatidyl serine 100mg Citicoline 250mg DIM 100mg I am using up my last batches of Reta and I’m injecting that at 4mg per week. I am on TRT. I dose EOD with 40mg. This averages out to 140mg per week. I will use recovery peptides if I tweaked something or feeling under recovered. These can include bpc157, tb500 (tb4 if I can find it), KPV, and ghk-cu. I am not currently using any other peptides except Thymosin alpha one and I will take 1mg per week when I’m busy in the hospital. And yes I’m giving the preg a fair enough chance. We shall see. I had to go back in the statin. I’ve too much stress to let cholesterol run too high. I’ve got plans. I’ve got a wife and kids. I’ve got at least 20lbs to lose. So we make calculated decisions. We’ll see if I have to stay on long term. Tudca I do think can help with estradiol issues. This be might one of those things that came through from either the bro scientists or the functional people. Either way. I think it moves more estrogen out of you. Plus it’s good for the liver. Compliments the NAC and vitamin c. The telm is for persistent PRE hypertension. It’s never made sense to me as an internist we shrug that stuff off. Thus. The telm. A bit keeps me normal. It has anti-remodeling affects on the heart. Good for a guy on TRT. Some mild metabolic positive effects. Probably. What’s not to like about the tadalafil. lol. So. There it is.

Søren Kierkegaard on the Importance of Walking “Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being & walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, & the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right.”

In general, I find that people who use high leverage, or constantly try to hit big wins never win in the end. The speed at which they try to make it is the speed at which they lose it. Just being consistent with your risk management, sizing, and more importantly. Making good decisions over a long period of time add up to getting you to all your goals. The power of compounding those choices is unmatched Good decisions, consistently, over long periods of times.
