Fat Joe says he visited a billionaire’s mansion guarded by men with machine guns, only to discover the man was part of Vladimir Putin’s inner circle.
Fat Joe: “I went over there, a hundred Rolls Royces, any car you want to get in.”
“We drive for like an hour. All of a sudden, there's a gate in the middle of a forest. They opened the shit up, another hundred dudes with machine guns.”
“I've never seen nobody with this type of juice. I said, ‘How did you get this?’”
The billionaire: “We took this shit. You see this? We run this shit.”
Fat Joe: “My brother's the treasury. My other brother has all the aluminum. We run this shit. You know, we're Putin's crew.”
“I was like, ‘Oh shit.’”

They also get section 8 housing to pay for their rent for a 3b apartment and then rent out the rooms for $1k each to other illegals who are on the waiting list.
Your taxes pay their $3.2k rent and they make $3k in cash renting it out each month while they live with family members in a house somewhere
$36k a year in free income and they pay no property tax or pay for maintenance

One of the biggest downtown housing crashes in America is happening right now in Nashville, TN.
Condo owners are liquidating. And people who bought near the peak are selling at $300k+ losses.
The previous condo owner bought it for $1.15 million in March 2024.
And just sold it for $825,000 this month.
That's a $325,000 loss (-28%) in just 2.5 years. And that's before realtor commissions and other expenses.
And this downturn will likely continue, as Downtown Nashville has the biggest supply pile-up of any dowtown area in America. (inventory 110% above normal).
In fact, typical values in Nashville 37203 already down 11.2% from peak, but clearly are dropping more in some cases.
Meaning condo sellers are facing an enormous amount of competition, with more price cuts likely coming in 2027.
Good news if you're looking to scoop up a discounted condo. Bad news if you bought near the peak.
