1A upheld in Fellers v. Kelley (D. N.H.)—the left is angry. 1A upheld in Stanford Daily Publishing v. Rubio (N.D. Cal.)—the right is angry. 1A upheld in U.S. v. Anderegg (7th Cir.)—everyone is angry. 🤣

Can't wait to see the election law complaint my town gets from the Dems for sending out property tax bills 3 days before Election Day.

Last night on @WMUR9, @RepGoodlander won the blame game.
She pointed her finger at others, instead of offering real solutions for Granite Staters.
15 times, she deflected responsibility and Congressional duty.
Even I would not have predicted it would be more than 10 times.
The pattern is unmistakable.
Every time the government tries to spend to make something more affordable, it just raises the cost.
Look at this chart every time a socialist promises they will spend their way out of our affordability crisis.
Owning your own vehicle = freedom to go where you want, when you want.
People own their own vehicles in New Hampshire.

There was a time when Ian Freeman could walk into a room, sit behind a microphone, and spend hours talking about the kind of world he hoped we could build.
Today, someone else has to speak for him while he sits inside a federal prison.
How many ordinary moments has he imagined returning to? Sitting with his wife. A familiar voice across the table. The simple luxury of opening a door and walking outside whenever he pleases.
Please, bring this good man home.

The people of the Free State are not buying what NH Dems are selling.
We are all Free Staters now.
NEW: Josiah Bartlett Center poll finds that NH voters want property tax relief, and they want it to come from local governments controlling spending, not additional state aid funded by higher taxes.

It is the time for choosing.
The Republican approach: quality government services at a reasonable price.
The Democrat approach: more spending with new and higher taxes.

Democrats laughed at voters who are being taxed out of their homes. Then, 99.4% of Democrats voted to keep your property taxes unchecked.
Republicans put question 2 on the ballot to give YOU a say over property taxes.
Democrats will stop at nothing to keep property taxes high

Only a handful fail.
A growing movement against property taxes is winning support across the country.

VOTE YES on the tax cap (#2) on November 3. And send our liberty Republicans back to the State House so they can make this PERMANENT. #nhpolitics @nhliberty libertyballot.com/

This is sloppy work from Cato. They scored Maine the same as NH on firearms freedom, despite having waiting periods, red flag laws, ghost gun bans, etc.

Your property tax bill keeps going up. Question 2 caps how fast it can grow. The teachers union is spending big to stop it. Ask yourself why they want your bill uncapped. Yes on 2.

Republicans do not have to agree on every bill. But there is a difference between independent judgment and using sweeping labels to discredit your colleagues.
Rep. Kristine Perez’s public messaging deserves scrutiny, not because she dissents, but because voters deserve to know what she supports, what she opposes, and why.
