Was at dinner last night with some of the business conference guests One of the guys had just started a carnivore diet 4 weeks ago Orders a steak and nothing else Tells me he’s had pretty bad back pain for the last 5 or 6 years and had tried everything . He was lean, physically fit and quite intelligent. His diet had been very clean m, eating fresh Whole Foods, organic fruits and vegetables for years as he had alway been very health conscious. Despite all of that his joint pain persisted and was really impacting his quality of life. He is in his 40s He stated that after a few weeks of carnivore his joint pain completely resolved and he was blown away by that fact.

You know, you can get a cheap smartphone and use it over WiFi without a phone plan to have access to certain apps. I have a smartphone for such purposes, but my actual phone is a dumbphone. It's a good setup.
