Last night, the Indiana Senate snuck an amendment into the abortion ban, taking away county prosecutors’ discretion.
This gives the Indiana Attorney General the power to pick and choose prosecutorial policies — when oversight should come, first and foremost, from voters.

New legislation will reportedly be proposed Monday to legalize marijuana at the federal level, along with apply a 3.75% tax on sales.
We should immediately legalize marijuana and release every person in prison for non-violent marijuana crimes.
