It is not a Christian position to argue that an immigration policy or enforcement action is only evil when it’s inconvenient or disadvantageous to Christians. Christian ethics aren’t defined by self-interest.
Not to mention their policies are also destructive.
It’s officially “You can’t be a Christian and vote for (fill in the blank)” season with white Evangelicals, the ones who voted three times for a twice-impeached, pro-choice felon who brags about sexual aggression, now presuming to dictate how Christians should vote.
It's all Obama's fault; things like this didn't happen before he became president.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers reportedly had a text thread competing to pull over the most Black drivers, while using racial slurs in discussions about force against Black residents. More than half a dozen officers have reportedly been recommended for termination or quit.
A badge should NEVER be a license for discrimination! These allegations call into question traffic stops and use-of-force incidents involving these officers!

Right now I'm hearing all the same mealy-mouthed, court-eunuch "well-actuallying-His-Majesty-says," "if-Trump-does-it-then-good" nonsense that we hear every time the president farts.
Man up, come to the floor, and tell your flock how to watch an execution with their kids.
Theeeeeee most white Evangelical thing you'll hear until tomorrow.
Legendary singer and actor Pat Boone, who says he voted for President Trump and considers himself a friend, has some advice for him: be quiet.
Boone says he believes Trump is “very tired,” is “wearing out” from the pressure and is expressing himself in ways that are “not presidential.”
Boone urges him to stop talking about his accomplishments, stop bragging, “be polite to women” and “quit calling names.”
Boone even suggests that the press stop covering Trump for a couple of days — don’t attend his press conferences, don’t ask him questions and leave him to experience what Boone calls “the deafening roar of silence.”
“I say this as a friend…try for just a little while to be quiet,” Boone says.
Providing us with a laundry list of reasons and behaviors that you believe should essentially exempt you from being criticized as biased, prejudiced or racist does not work. I don’t know why so many white people think this tactic is effective, but it isn’t.
You can have participated in the civil rights movement or advocated for Black people. You can have Black friends, Black children, a Black spouse. Hell, you can have black shoes! None of that makes you incapable of bias, prejudice, racial blind spots or partisan tendencies when discussing these issues.
