Immediately I called MTN customer service , the guy informed me that I will get 60% … like it is a rule … I probe further and he claimed the money is out.
While Momo reversal on TELECEL is seamless and effective for years.. MTN has intentionally made mobile money transfer almost impossible. They recently implemented the feature in their app but your guess is good as mine.
