Guggenheim estimates that if three remaining Middle Eastern events were canceled and relocated, TKO could face a $70 million–$90 million EBITDA headwind.
That represents approximately 3.0%–3.9% of Guggenheim’s full-year EBITDA estimate.
The events include WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi, and UFC Fight Night in Doha. This is a hypothetical downside scenario, not a forecast of cancellations.

Probably the most nuanced discussion I've had with someone about the Apex.
I do acknowledge Andre's points here, but I still believe the Apex is a crutch that ultimately hurts the product.
That said, the recent upgrades to the Apex have greatly improved the experience.
"You and everyone else are so wrong about the Apex. I want you guys to keep shitting on the Apex so that people keep buying into that narrative, so more people don't want to fight there and I can keep fighting at the Apex.
I will fight at the Apex for the rest of my career with a big smile. I'm the Apex predator, baby. I'm the king of the Apex. That's home field for me." - @TouchyFili

13 years ago, David Ortiz completely flipped the ALCS with one swing of the bat off Joaquin Benoit.
Down 5-1 in the 8th and on the verge of going down 0-2 to the Tigers… Ortiz had other plans. Torii Hunter then flipped over the bullpens and Steve Horgan became a Boston legend.
