What about any of Mike Locksley’s press conferences makes people think he’d have the personality to be on TV? lol

What a day for Kevin Willard:
1. Backs out of Big 5.
2. Publicly responds to an AI tweet critical of his Big 5 exit.
3. Skip a cancer luncheon.
4. Get skullfucked by UVA at home.
5. Blames Temple for not giving into Villanova’s Big 5 demands.

The Maryland job is in a much better place than when Locksley took over. Per recent estimates, the Terps rank 10th in the Big Ten in roster value (~$23M) and 31st nationally out of 70 programs.
That’s real investment and support the next head coach will walk into — resources Locks didn’t always have at the same level.

This is an insane quote. Instead of just referencing the coaching change and saying you’re reopening your recruitment, you bring up your agents and your 247Sports ranking 😂

I cheered for Mike Locksley for as long as I could. I kept giving him grace because there was always another top recruit I wanted to see play for him. But at some point, you have to fucking win and he never did.
Four blown fourth-quarter leads last year and every loss this season were inexcusable. There was no defending him anymore.

All his best songs being Kanye songs will be funny. There’s literally no point to him performing if he doesn’t bring him out 💀
I understand Kevin Hart probably doesn’t actually eat Taco Bell but this is a pathetic order.
If I were a celebrity and someone on my team let my name get attached to this, they’d be fired.

6’4 Sophomore Andre Mills put together a dominant scoring performance in Maryland’s win against West Virginia.
Mills finished the game with 27 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block, while shooting 9/15 from the field and 4/7 from three.
Mills was one of the best scorers in the 2nd half of B10 play last season and carried that today with a strong showcase of his athleticism, shooting, strength, downhill creation, finishing, and foul drawing.

Maryland erased a 15-point halftime deficit and outlasted West Virginia in OT, 90-81. Pharrel Payne with 26 pts, 13 rebs. Andre Mills went for 27 on 9 for 15 shooting. Exhibition or not, an encouraging sign for Buzz Williams' team.

There's a lot of reasons why Maryland will be one of the most improved teams in college basketball, but the one that's not getting enough attention?
The Terps' ascent back to relevance started by retaining Pharrel Payne and Andre Mills.
Combined for 53 and 21 today vs. WVU.
