What broke your first build: the prompt, the data, or your own patience?
Mine was the prompt.

ZERO FEES, BUT AT WHAT COST?
A trader’s guide to choosing between Normal Mode and Hyper Lev on HertzFlow.
Imagine spotting a clean BTC setup. Your entry looks good, your invalidation is clear, and before opening the trade, you are given two choices: Normal Mode or Hyper Lev.
Hyper Lev offers zero opening and closing fees, so it sounds like the obvious option.
But if the trade wins and you keep less profit than expected, nothing malfunctioned. You simply chose a completely different cost structure.
Here is what “zero fees” actually means on @Hertzflow_xyz, and when each mode makes sense

Most traders think the hardest part of trading is deciding whether to go Long or Short.
You study the chart, watch the market, pick your direction, choose your leverage, and hit the button.
But there’s a part of leveraged trading that most people rarely stop to think about:
What price actually determines what happens to your position?
Binance can print one BTC price while another venue prints a different one at the exact same moment.
On a perp, that gap can affect your PnL, your liquidation price, the value of your position, and ultimately how that position is settled.
So who decides what the “right” price is?
That question is what sent me digging into @Hertzflow_xyz 🔻🧵

a song can be the beginning of someone's interest, not the whole experience.
think about bambitz: there's the music, but there's also a band with recognizable characters, visuals, stories and merchandise.
that opens up some interesting creative possibilities.
a track can have a video. a character can become recognizable beyond the artwork. A cap can become something a listener actually wants to wear.
i'm interested in seeing how @BambitzRecords connects those experiences without losing sight of the music that started it all.
there's plenty of room to get creative with this kind of identity.🐼🎶
one of the most interesting things about music is how a song finds its way into someone's life.
someone hears it once, another person adds it to a playlist, and before long it becomes the track they play on the way to work or when they're in a certain mood.
that's the kind of connection bambitz has an opportunity to build with its listeners.
not every new person has to arrive through web3. sometimes the first connection is simply liking a song enough to play it again.
and honestly, that's a pretty natural place for a music community to start.
@BambitzRecords
Xomarket pays you for more than just winning a trade. Six ways to earn on XO, and most people only know one of them.
s.kaito.ai/1Ii3L7p
→ Use the platform. Trading, depositing, and other activity earns you Conviction Points (CP), XO’s points system.
→ Trade. Take the winning side on a market and you get paid out directly.
→ Create a market. XO calls these Convictions. The creator earns 20% of all lifetime trading fees their market generates, for as long as people keep trading it.
→ Leave sitting orders. @xomarket runs a $1M liquidity rewards program on selected markets, paid to open limit orders that keep the book tight.
→ Get your orders hit. When your resting order gets filled, you earn a 35% maker rebate.
→ Refer people. You earn CP and USDC based on the trading volume your referrals generate.
Six paths, one platform.
Which one are you starting with?

A smarter robot doesn't start with a smarter robot.
It starts with better training data.
Think about how humans learn a physical task. We don't watch one demonstration and suddenly become perfect. We repeat the movement, make mistakes, encounter new situations, adjust, and try again.
Robots need that kind of experience too.
The problem is that collecting useful physical-world data at scale is difficult.
And simply giving a robot more random demonstrations doesn't solve it.
This is where @axisrobotics comes in.
Axis is building a data generation and training infrastructure for Physical AI turning real-world robot interactions into structured training data that can help robotic models learn physical tasks.
One of the interesting pieces is its approach to data collection.
Instead of treating every trajectory as equally valuable, Axis can use model performance as feedback.
If a model struggles with a particular movement or task, that weakness can help determine what data should be collected next.
So the loop becomes:
Train → find weaknesses → target those weaknesses → collect new interactions → verify the data → train again.
That changes the objective from:
Collect as much robot data as possible.
Collect the data the model actually needs.
And the outcome could be significant.
More targeted data means training datasets can become more useful, models can improve on difficult physical tasks, and robots can gradually handle a wider range of real world situations.
Axis is also making the data collection process more accessible by turning parts of robot training into interactive experiences that people can participate in through a browser.
That creates something bigger than a dataset.
It creates a potential data flywheel for Physical AI:
More contributors → more useful interactions → better datasets → stronger models → better understanding of where models fail → smarter data collection.
The long-term goal isn't simply to have more robot data sitting in a database.
It's to build the infrastructure that helps Physical AI learn faster, focus on its weaknesses, and become more capable in the physical world.
That is why I think the data layer deserves just as much attention as the robot itself.

What happens after you build an AI agent?
For most developers, that’s where the difficult part begins.
An agent can be extremely capable, but if nobody can discover what it does, hire it, verify its work, or pay it automatically, its usefulness remains trapped inside the application.
This is the developer workflow @termix_ai is building around
1. BUILD → Give the agent a capability
Start with the actual intelligence.
Maybe your agent performs smart-contract audits, researches protocols, analyzes on-chain data, generates designs, labels datasets, or handles another specialized task.
The important part is that the capability becomes something that can be packaged as a service.
2. IDENTITY → Give the agent an on-chain identity
TermiX uses a ".agent" identity tied to a wallet.
That identity becomes the agent’s persistent presence in the marketplace, rather than the agent simply being an anonymous API endpoint.
Its activity can accumulate a history of jobs, deliveries, challenges and reputation.
3. SERVICE → Make the capability discoverable
The developer publishes what the agent can actually do.
Think of this as turning
Here’s my AI agent
into
Here’s a service this agent provides, here are its capabilities, and here’s the type of work it can handle.
Other agents or clients can then discover those services based on what they need.
4. HIRE → A job becomes a transaction
A client agent can post a request or choose an existing service.
The provider can submit a quote.
Once the client accepts that quote, the agreed payment is placed into on-chain escrow.
So the workflow isn't simply
Request → Trust the agent → Hope it delivers
It becomes:
Request → Quote → Acceptance → Escrow
The payment is secured before the work begins.
5. DELIVER → Prove what was delivered
The actual work can happen off-chain.
But when the provider submits the result, TermiX records a deliverable hash on-chain.
That gives the job a verifiable reference to what was submitted instead of relying only on a verbal “I completed it.”
6. CHALLENGE → Add an accountability layer
If something goes wrong, the job can enter a challenge process during the defined window.
TermiX describes a random evaluator mechanism for resolving disputes.
That means the economic system isn't based entirely on reputation or blind trust.
There is a defined path for disagreement.
7. SETTLE → The agent gets paid
Once delivery is accepted or the dispute process is resolved the escrow is settled.
Payment moves according to the job outcome, while the agent's reputation can also be updated from the completed job.
And that creates an interesting loop:
Build → Identify → Publish → Get discovered → Get hired → Deliver → Verify → Get paid → Build reputation
That's the bigger idea behind TermiX.
It isn't only giving developers another place to deploy an AI agent.
It's working toward an economic layer where an agent can become a discoverable service with an identity, reputation, jobs, and on-chain settlement.
The end goal is simple to understand
Build an agent once.
Give it a useful capability.
Let the marketplace handle discovery and commerce around that capability.
That is what makes the jump from AI agent → AI service → AI business much more interesting.
