I don’t know how it gets done
But we need to better educate people and flood them with facts outside of X
Too many people are still either tuned out or don’t see the truth
I believe this is correct.
Political scientists call this a crisis of legitimacy.
We are certainly to the point where the issue is no longer whether the electoral process is corrupt. There is a sufficient loss of public trust in the electoral system to merit increased security measures to prove integrity and rebuild trust among We the People.
This is a nonpartisan issue, one of the few.
The public clearly supports increased verification of citizenship and eligibility to vote as part of the process. Congress could have passed it, easily. They chose not to, and it obviously wasn't an accident.
Now, the left is more in control than many on the right appear to realize.
They no longer need to prove the elections are legitimate. There is no one to put pressure on them to do so. Many of the people who helped them achieve this victory condone putting a thumb on the scale if it means maintaining Democratic political power.
Our political problems in the United States are far more severe than the polite commentary on the networks is communicating.
35 dumb motherfuckers blocked this a.m.
I'm not even going to talk to the other side anymore.
Fuck them all.
The Right's best hope may lie in shoving the entirety of the establishment GOP out of the party and force them to seek refuge among the Democrats.
I still don't see how what's left of the Right achieves unity and continuity sufficient to become an effective political force.
I do think this is the one good things coming out of the midterms.
The near Democrat slice of the Republican party is done - probably forever.
He's right there whole system needs to be recalibrated. But I think it's going to require a restart. Meaning, both are culture and economy are in a state of uncontrolled oscillation, and what's true in physics is also true in politics, wobbles like that just get worse until failure.
Replying to @ShineboxHukster
Most people have no idea that even President Trump would be considered a classical liberal. Our whole system needs to be recalibrated.
Well, if any of this is true then America is truly screwed.
The right won't be able to come together enough to amount to a viable political force. So, the leftists will end up taking over everything. Then they'll sign us up to be ruled by Europe. Absurd.
Meanwhile, old school Republicans think they're going to Common Sense their way back to some now dead vision of America.
Dear Democrats,
You won your historic victory on Tuesday with the help of our America First coalition on 4 key basic issues.
1. End foreign wars, war in Iran, and funding for Israel.
2. Reduce cost of living and gas/diesel (economy)
3. End corruption in Gov
4. Reduce cost of healthcare/health insurance
Which were also key components of the mandate delivered to Trump and Republicans, which they betrayed and failed to deliver.
Your party has two factions, older establishment Dems and younger populists Dems.
If the New Democrat majority returns to issues that lost your majority and presidency in 2024 and doesn’t stay focused on those 4 main issues, then the American populists movement that swung it big for you this cycle will not vote for you in 2028.
For example, bringing back 2020-2024 issues like woke, identity politics, forcing trans issues, gun control, Covid vaccine mandates, and open borders are not the issues that drove this massive blue tsunami.
Allowing the older establishment Democrats to run back to those issues that were defeated in the 2024 election would be a very grave mistake, tone deaf, and would completely undermine the opportunity you have before you.
The country didn’t suddenly join the Democrat Party with a sworn allegiance to always vote Democrat.
The country voted to end Trump and to refocus back to the main kitchen table issues that are hurting their lives.
And most of the younger generations of voters could care less about team party politics and just beating the other side.
The future is all about, “deliver results for Americans” and whoever can get it done.
To be very clear, I’m conservative and have voted Republican my entire life, but went into open rebellion and war against Trump and Republicans, the man I worked tirelessly to put in office because he betrayed his promises and the Republican Party turned back to it’s repulsive neocon elite donor focused ways and refused to deliver for the American people.
Our entire coalition did, we ended the Trump era and burned our party down, but we didn’t turn into Democrats.
For both parties need to realize that most Americans want the same basic things and the future belongs to an independent minded left/right powerful coalition that will force our elected and tax payer funded government to deliver for Americans or face punishment at the polls.
Focus on the issues that won on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, not issues the American people defeated in the past.
The ball is in your court.
Good luck!

Anyone notice that China (who created TikTok and flooded our nation with its mental sewage but do not allow their youth to access the same) does not do "Inclusivity" or LGBTQ?
Ever notice that Islamic nations (which have flooded our universities of prestige with billions in cash) do not educate their youth with decolonizing doctrine and the commands of thr Equity platform which require the elevation of foreigners and foreign culture at the specific devaluation (radicalization) against the nations' heritage and its citizens?
No? Well, that's quite a 1-2, isn't it? 🚨
When the Dems started going crazy in Obama's first term, that's when I started to feel politically homeless.
I migrated to the right a long time ago but now I'm feeling that same sense of political homelessness.
I'm never going to vote for the moderate Republicans, they're just Clinton Democrats, warmongers, and globalists (big 'no' to all that).
The hard right will never bring together enough power to be a meaningful political force. The Dems are completely out of the question, of course.
Honestly, I've lost faith that we can continue moving forward as a single nation. We've been too divided for too long. This just isn't working.
I've already learned that being hard right, at least for me, means accepting that not only did we lose the battle on Tuesday, but we've lost the war. The country will be consumed by leftist policy driven by leftist ideology, the Republicans will continue to split, and I need to find a way to simply retreat and hide from as much of it as I can.
What a week.
It's fair to say that I was radicalized to the far right this week.
So much so I think I can now convincingly embrace the false persona of a good Portland Lefty. There's great utility in that skill in terms of infiltrating and gaining proximity to the enemy. I now truly hate them enough to convincingly lie right to their face.
Any semblance of my former centrist academic self has been burned to ash and scattered in the wind. Gone. Hopefully not forever, I kind of liked that guy.
Later today I'm going to leave town and hide in the woods for a few days and give this some serious thought.

Little by little they’re slowly taking OUR country from us
Our history, culture, traditions, schools, money, etc
Either people don’t see it or don't care
Because no one is doing a damn thing to stop it

I’m torn between motivation and dooming.
On the one hand you cannot simply sit back and surrender your country to Communists, but on the other we came so far only to fall basically right back where we started.
This shit is exhausting. And painful.
Our so-called allies stabbed us in the back at the eleventh hour even while Democrats were preaching their most gruesome revenge fantasies.
It seems the lust for power will inevitably kill any coalition big enough to win.
Honestly I have no idea what to do.
Trump has been the quarterback for so long and he retires in two years. Sure our bench is deep, but most of them hate each other and may well tear each other apart before the Dems even get a chance.
There’s just so much uncertainty at the moment. Resignations and firings. Was it rigged? Can we even come back?
It’s enough to make one want to just forget about politics and take up woodworking or some nonsense. Life would be simpler, that’s for sure.
But I’d probably chop a finger off. Or two. And besides, you can’t make memes out of wood.
Not to mention our bullshit civic duty to ensure future generations have a fighting chance.
So motivation it is, I suppose.
But I’m not happy about it.
I’m old and tired and my back hurts, and every day I grow more amenable to the thinking that if we are going to lose, can we just get it over with already?
Further proof of how completely worthless the UN is along with so-called "aid" groups.
Haitians in Port-au-Prince are greeting Salvadoran troops in the streets as El Salvador’s more than 2,000-soldier force pushes into gang-held areas.
President Bukele sent them after four Salvadoran aviation technicians went missing in an Oct. 18 gang ambush. The U.N. says most of those troops are operating outside the U.N.-backed Gang Suppression Force.
I don't see any way back from it. I thought about it, slept on it, looked at the math - I don't see how we avoid the cliff the Democrats are driving Americans toward.
Culturally, economically, socially - we are headed straight at a cliff.
The Right is fractured forever. Dems are going to consolidate power in a few cities, which will then set policy for the rest of the country.
What the Dems are insisting upon, in terms of organizing our society, is simply unacceptable to half of the population.
We should at least be having the conversation about how to reorganize the country through an amiable divorce.
Bernie Sanders had a heart attack, yet he's still giving speeches and being a general pain in the ass.
What kind of wizard ealthcare do they have on Capitol Hill?
Fasting - I'm still trucking along with good results. Weight loss rate has slowed, as expected.
The problem I'm having is not eating enough. I have to force myself to prepare and eat food. Even then, I'm not getting enough calories, and certainly not enough protein.
